Prancie left us at 1:30 PM today. I was stuck at jury duty and didn’t get home until 12:30, but she waited for me. David kept telling her I would be home soon. I am thankful for the 15 wonderful years she was with us. She was the sweetest girl and so full of personality.

She had been declining since last week and we wondered if she would make it to her Dad’s birthday which she did. Our world will never be the same without her, she was such a big part of our lives.

We were so blessed to have one last Christmas with her.

Rest in Peace sweet girl until we are together again.

  40. I’m so sorry. We love Prancie. I’m trying to remember if it was she and Phoebe who were close? If so, I bet they had a wonderful reunion. Prancie was definitely a Daddy’s girl and knew he’d give her a bit of whatever he had if she waited patiently 🙂

  64. Take your time, Ellen. These things are excruciatig for a while. I understand. My Coolidge died in a seizure in my arms. Vic and I buried him on our property. It was horrible, but I took our vet’s advice to get another cat right away. We got Effie that evening. Joy resumed.
