My answers:
1. I didn’t fly a kite until I was 50 years old. I got The Great One an Elsa kite that we flew this summer.
2. I try to have a clutter free home, but my hubby doesn’t make it easy.
3. My fear of driving in the highway keeps me from going a lot of places.
4. If I were a ghost, I would haunt all my loved ones ( in a good way) and I would check in on Nicolas Cage from time to time.

  1. MOL! Joanie is dressed well for the theme petcretary had at her workplace tonight:)
    *She* even wore western attire, though Joanie’s is far more authenitc looking!

    2. I try to keep a neat dwelling, but well I need some maid or no job so there would be more time. Hah!.

    3. My fear of getting sick with the Big C, again keeps me from sleeping and relaxing sometimes, cause I worry too much, but I need to hand it over to God who healed me already. (2006)
    4. If I were a ghost, I would quietly and unobtrusively haunt the places where my fave composers lived and did their work, so I could hear all their beautiful tunes all the day long:)

    1. That sounds like a fun theme for work. Thank you for these great fill-in answers. I could use a maid too, 12 cats can be messy. I can imagine that is always in the back of your mind, but as you wrote, it is in God’s hands. I like your answer to #4. XO

  3. Well we’re not surprised you would “haunt” Nic Cage…..in fact we’d be surprised if you DIDN’T pick him to haunt!! Joanie definitely doesn’t want to be a Sheriff for Halloween…..although Gremmie makes a great sidekick. Happy Friday!

  4. I’ve never had much luck flying a kite. They have either gotten hung up in trees or slammed down to the ground in a nose dive. They never have flown nice for me. But, it was fun trying.

    Joanie may not have cooperated, but it looks like Gremmie was having a great time. 🙂

  5. Joanie may just not want to be a cowgirl this year, but Gremmie looks fine with being a cowboy.

    Checking in on your favorite actor sounds like a kind thing to do from the other side, and i fear flying the way you fear highway driving.

  11. TW’s fear of flying these days makes her miss lots of fun cat blogger meetups. She used to have FOMO but got over it. She’s never flown a kite or a drone. Joanie still looks cute. Thanx for hosting.

  12. Well…we’ll never be clutter free, ’cause you know…cats live here too! I can put all of their toys away, but I turn around, and they’ve dug half of them out of the toy box again. And they jump into an bag or box, or up on the newspaper or table…they are all so delightful, that I’d rather be cluttered than neat!

  13. I’m tickled Nic got a mention. ~grin~ I have a cool dragon kite which has a wingspan wider than my height (5’2″!) and have a blast flying it whenever winds are right. Joanie, I don’t blame you. ~nods~ I once walked out of a prepaid comedy performance when someone tried to stick a camera in my face for promotional purposes. ~shakes head~ I’m grateful my husband never brings that up. Be well, my dear.

  16. 1. I didn’t speak before a large group of people until I was in my early 40’s.

    2. I try to keep a super neat home. Emphasis on try to!

    3. My fear of water in may face and over my head kenos me from learning to swim.

    4. If I were a ghost, I would haunt famous art museums and concert halls.

    1. I didn’t Purr until I Was about 2 years old. I was born feral and had nothing to purr about did not ever have anything good happen when I was living wild.

    2. I try to Get some Wild Play in Everyday.

    3. My fear of ???? keeps me from Nothing. I am fearless.

    4. If I were a ghost, I would haunt Rumpy Bump. I would be a friendly ghost as he is still my best pal even though he does not play much anymore due to feeling ill.

  23. I always enjoy your Friday posts, especially when you include Nicholas Cage in them! LOL And Joanie’s outfit is adorable! What a cutie.

  24. My house may not be spotlessly clean, but it’s free of clutter (except for my office!). Hubby used to be great too, but as he gets older he makes it more and more challenging!
    I don’t like driving on the highways either. It didn’t used to bother me, I even drove through NYC when I was young. I wouldn’t even consider doing that now!

  25. Fantastic fill-ins, as always! I flew kites all the time as a small kid, but now I haven’t flown one in probably 2 decades. Now I really want to go fly a kite. And I honestly wondered if you would plan on haunting Nicolas Cage. Joanie, even if you didn’t want to cooperate for your Halloween photo shoot, you and Gremmie have the cutest couples costume!
