Hi everyone! Thank you to all who checked out our slime videos yesterday. We plan to make a lot more this summer.
Rosie is cooling off with a catnip ice cream cone. How are you all keeping cool in this awful heat?
and we join theย Cat Blogosphere hopย every day.
Rosie, catnip and ice cream sounds wonderful! Fortunately, we have AC. XO
Thank you.:) Same here. XO
We are cooling off with iced coffee,…yum, But only one little one in the afternoon. Otherwise mama would be buzzing around like one of those balloons that do what they do when you let go of the blower-upper part!
MOL! ๐ XO
Rosie has got the right idea!
Thank you.:) XO
It certainly is an unpleasant week of heating humidity starting off with cold wet spring and then wham, we get hit with this. Precious looks like melted candle wax.
Yes, it is. Poor Precious. XO
Oh that icecream cone!!! Katie has a mocha flavored one. She got the biggest kick out of that when she clawed it open and Mom here played with it more than Katie could because Mom and brother always had it!
That is funny. ๐ XO
Rosie, I don’t blame you for wanting “mice cream.” I’ll stick to ice water, though.
Thank you.:)
That ice cream cone looks like fun!
Thank you.:)
Rosie, that’s a good way to try and stay cool!
Thank you.:)
Rosie, enjoy your ice cream, a great way to stay cool. Thank goodness for AC, and that ours was replaced with a new unit last year.
Thank you.:) Glad you have a new a/c. XO
Charlee: “We have been fortunate enough to dodge all that ridiculous heat so far here on the coast, but we would still be willing to indulge in a catnip ice cream cone. Just in case.”
I would trade the cone for some cool. ๐
We’re staying in as much as possible. I’m not a fan of much of the summer heat. You’re so cute.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to all the kitties and a big hug to mom. โฅ
Me either. I prefer the fall and winter. XO
Rosie ~ you are adorable ~ great way to keep cool ~ We stayed in yesterday it was 100 degrees here ~ so grateful to have AC ~ hugs,
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,
A ShutterBug Explores, clm,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Very grateful for a/c. XO
Cold watermelon!
Sounds good. ๐
Ooh, the catnip ice cream cone looks great. Poor kitties, I know they have it especially tough in heat with their little fur suits.
Where we are (San Francisco), it’s rather chilly today, unlike much of the country. It’s in the 50s, with fog and wind. It’s funny because I’m more of a “hot weather” person myself.
I am a cold weather person. ๐
Rosie has the right idea. My girls are relaxing in the a/c (and so am I).
Same here. ๐
We hide in the AC! Keeping the outsider times to a bare minimum. And iced coffee for the peeps!
A/C is a great invention. XO
Wee runnin 2 fanss an keepin blackout drapess closed when Sun shinin inn durin mornin’ss. Stayin hydrated an conservin energy! BellaSita drinkss blue Powerade an that helpss her. Let’s nap Rosie!

That looks yummy, Rosie! I’m already ready for fall.
Thank you.:) Me too. XO
Hello sweet Rosie, I want some ice cream! We are just chillin’ in the A/C!
I am in the a/c too. ๐ XO
Ice cream is a good way to go, Rosie! We’re just staying inside and hanging out by the cool air blowy things. ๐
She is doing that too. XO
Cute photo Rosie!
Thank you. ๐
I think I’ll pass on the cat nip and take a double…no triple dip of ice cream! It’s soooo hot here!!
Yes, on the ice cream. XO
Sadly no benefit from catnip here:(. But we do have our a/c vents in the floor and ice cubes in our water. And extra treats help too:)
Woos – Misty and Timber
Those are all good things. XO
With 88 days until autumn arrives, we’re starting to wonder if we shouldn’t just hibernate. Yeesh. Can you say not a fan of these summer temps?
Same here. I like the idea of hibernating all summer. ๐ XO
