Hi everyone. The A-Z Blogging Challenge starts today. I have been participating for several years. I have had a lot of themes from art, cat books, crochet and money saving tips. This year, I am covering all things Christmas.

A is for angel at the top of the tree. Do you use an angel or a star?

I also have ornaments of my angel kitties on the tree.

We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays. This is The Great One’s cat, Pumpkin. You can see their other 2 cats in the background, Nellie and Rosey.

  5. YOU ARE A BRAVE BLOGGER, you amazing Ellen. Pumpkin is a great name for a kitty! We use a star that mama’s papa gave to mama’s mama one year long ago in silver. A treasured tree topper.

  6. I have a star on our tree. I have ornaments of Eric and Flynn which go on it every year. Pumpkin is handsome.

  7. It’s fun to see the other kitties. Pumpkin seems to show quite well, probably loves to be in front of the camera the most.

  10. Excellent choice for the A-Z Challenge, Ellen. We use a star for the top of our Christmas tree. Pumpkin is a gorgeous cat and looks to be very cuddly.

  21. This will be a fun A-Z challenge. I have a small snowman face on the top of Mom’s small ceramic tree. We had ornaments for our kitties. One of our kitties we named Holly. Jerry brought her home our first Christmas before we were married. We had her 18 years along with 7 other cats during our 50 years we have been together… not all at one time. The girls have three cats! How nice!

  25. Adorable kitties! And I love your theme. I have ornaments honoring my angel cats on the tree too. For a long time I used an angel cat tree topper, but the last couple years I’ve used a CatLadyBox Santa hat with cat ears. (As you know, my tree is all cats, as is most of my holiday decor.)

  29. We had an angel for years, then when my brother Pat was born switched to a star. Mary and I don’t decorate for Christmas, because we had cats all those years and know darn well they would have gotten into the tree…

    1. I have been lucky my cats don’t climb the tree. They play with the ornaments at the bottom, but I put unbreakables on.

  31. Fun theme for A to Z! Pretty tree angel, and lovely to have tribute ornaments of the kitties. … since I’m so late seeing your posts, I want to let you know I’m so sorry for the loss of Joanie. Such a sweet kitty, so loved, and so missed now. <3
