Thankful Thursday

Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

I am thankful you are all purring and praying for Brody. I will give an update in Friday’s post. I am also thankful for getting to have the kids over again on Tuesday as well as spending time with them Monday. I get to spend the day with them Friday too.

I got a selfie stick for my camera that came with a little remote to turn the video on and off. It provided hours of fun for The Great One and The Slime Dancer. Lots more videos were made.

Slime making

And breaking open geodes and dinosaur eggs.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

    1. Thank you and thank you for watching the video. Brody got sent home without the dental- his potassium was too low. XO

  1. How fun for them, Ellen! How lucky you all are to be close, both in distance and as a family.
It will be good to hear how Brody did with his dental♥
Skelly was delivered about an hour ago. I am already in love with the book and the illustrations! Thank you so much for sharing this sweet book.

    1. Thank you. I am blessed. I wish they lived even closer than a half hour away. Brody got sent home because his potassium was too low. So they upped his supplement and we will try again 9/22. I am so glad you like Skelly. My mom did and my hubby didn’t. XO

  2. It’s so wonderful you get to do things with the kids like this. The slime making and the geode cracking videos were fun to watch. 🙂

  3. I’m so thankful you and the kids get to be in each other’s lives. The generations need each other.

  4. Charlee: “Wasn’t there an old commercial like this? We will make no slime before its time?”
Chaplin: “Our Dada says he and his brother were into geodes back in the day, too! His brother might still have them, he’s not sure!”
