Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
I am thankful that I was able to be there to take photos for The Great One and Typhoid Mary on their first days of school even if it meant getting up at 6 am two days.
I took photos of my niece’s first day from preschool through college and I hope to do the same for them and the boy too.
I brought Lola ( the little toy cat Typhoid Mary keeps building things for) , you can see her in TM’s shirt pocket.
We are also joining Angel Sammy’s Poetry Day. And here is the photo prompt provided:
This is lots of fun-yippeee!
Uh-oh! My brudder is after me.
How come we are not going anywhere?
That is OK, I don’t care.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

We did that for our sons, too…and when they were infants, I took pics every week at first, then every month till they were about two as I recall…then it was whenever, cause I got too busy, LOL!
My niece does the month photos too, but only for a year. XO
Those photos will be lovely reminders of all the first days. Cute poem!
Thank you. XO
What a great idea taking photos of “first day at school” for the kids. Memories for them one day to share with THEIR kids! Love your poem too – pandas are like great big stuffed animals. You just want to give them a great big hug!
Love, Pam
Thank you. Pandas are very cute. XO
Photos of the children growing up are a great thing for the parents to enjoy years later. Their moms and dads will be glad you did it.
Yes, they are. My niece takes photos too. XO
THAT was a loving and a delightful thing to do for the girls and the Boy. I love the idea and wish to goodness I had thought of it too! Best ever idea!!!
I can’t see my comments any more, so I am still hoping that somehow they made it.
