Thankful Thursday

We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am thankful to St. Michael who I pray to daily for Emmy. I am also thankful to a dear friend who gave me an Etsy gift card for Christmas. I was able to purchase this beautiful St. Michael print. I added the frame.

And I thank you all for your continued prayers and good thoughts for Emmy.

Sorry I skipped the poem again this week.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

  1. That is a beautiful print.

Did you know that we can pray directly to our Lord, in Jesus’s name? And if we cannot pray ourselves de to our state of mind, the Holy Spirit will intercede for us on or behalf?
We don’t need anyone else to intercede for us, no ‘middle man’ is needed anymore, due to the fact that we can come directly to God, since Jesus’s blood has washed away our sins and therefore we are righteous in Gods sight, because that blood has hidden our sinful selves.
Check out the Heidelberg Catechism, and the Westminster Shorter Catechism. You can find them online.

Love, and hugs to you and your whole family.

    1. Thank you. I do pray to Jesus too, but I figured Emmy needed extra help. XO and love to you.

  2. That is a lovely thing to do with a card, I’m a St. Michael fan as well. We’re sending POTP her way.

  3. We continue to send purrayers for Emmy – and lots of others too. Purrs to all who love all of them !
