Thankful Thursday

We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Trouble is thankful to have scored a coveted bedroom spot. Can you see my angel Sammy pillow behind her? I wanted something I could hug with his image on it.  On the other side of her is a tall clothes basket full of “patients ” for The Great One and Typhoid Mary to play with.

I skipped the poem this week.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

.1. A fun way to celebrate Christmas in July is ______________________.
2. My favorite summer activity is __________________.
3. When I sleep, my dreams are _________.
4. _________ scare(s) me more than _________.

  1. The pillow with Angel Sammy is a lovely idea. That is a nice photo of Trouble.

  2. Those little anthros who visit you often are I am sure SPOILED ROTTEN as my mama’s mama used to say but I can vouch for mama that she is NOT rotten…just a bit creaky. Trouble, you are a beauty.

  3. Having a primo spot to be is a very good thing. I love moms pillow. I’m sure she hugs it often.

I’m all ready for the Friendly Fill-ins. Great fill-ins as always.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Ellen. Scritches to all the kitties. ♥

  4. Chaplin: “Nice going, Trouble! Last night I got up onto the wall shelf in the bedroom so I thought I might sleep in there overnight, but Mama coaxed me down with the promise of treats and I ended up getting kicked out.”
Charlee: “Why do you want to sleep in the bedroom anyway? That’s where the dogs sleep.”
Chaplin: “It’s the principle of the thing.”

  5. Your Sammy pillow is perfect for hugging… great idea♥ Trouble kinda looks like she isn’t sure she is going to be able to hang on to that spot! Too funny about the saved “patients” for TGO and TM!

  6. Thanks so much for coming to visit us again. You’re an old friend at this point. Yes, your Sammy pillow is lovely, and I don’t blame you for wanting to hug it. He’s still around, but just not so tangible..
