We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

  Sammy was thankful to have his warm sweater on this morning when he went to the vet for his thyroid bloodwork. The techs though he was so adorable- and I agree.

My niece, her hubby, The Great One and Typhoid Mary all tested positive for COVID. I am thankful that the kids are fine aside from not being able to taste and my niece and her hubby are OK, just feel like they have a head cold. Also, thankful that my mom and I haven’t seen them since last Monday so hopefully we are safe.  Poor Joanie, no playdates for a while.

I was busy with Christmas cards and Christmas shopping, so I never got around to writing a poem.

  1. Paws crossed you and your mom didn’t get any Covid cooties, and that everyone recovers quickly. My human’s ex got it, but he was vaccinated so it was mild, except for he lost his taste and smell. Which my human thought was sort of ironic since he constantly posts photos of the food from his weird diet that he eats.

  2. Sorry to hear about your dear ones having Covid. Glad they are OK for now and I pray that it will soon be a memory best forgotten.

    You will have to improvise a play date with Joanne. MOL!

  4. Oh no….so sorry some of the family tested positive for Covid but good you haven’t been around them……hope everyone will be OK with mild symptoms!! Sammy looks FABULOUS in his sweater and I hope his blood work looks good.

    Oh no, I’m sorry to read the news that your niece and her family have Covid. If you don’t mind me asking, did they get the vaccine? If so, which one? Saying prayers that they feel better soon. Take care and stay well, dear friend. I hope you weren’t exposed to it.

    I left a comment earlier using a different browser but it didn’t show so I’m trying again. I’m sorry to read the news that your niece and her family have Covid. Do you mind me asking if they got their vaccinations? We’ll be saying prayers for them as well as for you to not have been exposed. Take care and stay healthy, dear friend!

    1. SOrry about the other comment, not sure what happened. My niece is vaccinated, the kids are too young. And her husband tested positive a few months back and was told he had to wait so long to get vaccinated. XO
