Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop .
Brody is thankful that I gave him some treats even though he couldn’t figure out how to get any out of this penguin that Grammie gave them for Christmas. Sammy figured it out and Brody slapped him.
I am thankful to my friend Jamie for updating my blog theme and improving the look of it. If anyone needs any graphic designing I highly recommend him, to visit DiverseDesigning, click here.
We are also joining Sammy’s Poetry Day. Here is my poem to go with this photo prompt provided by Teddy’s mom:
I know you are the equivalent of a pup,
but its about time you stood up.
Now could you give this ball a toss,
sorry if it smells, I don’t brush or floss.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two. The linky stays open until Wednesday night.

Your blog looks terrific! We LOVE the poem! Cinnamon gets her balls so disgustingly slobbery and even dry they feel sticky. I wash them all the time and the poem made me laugh out loud! And Brody, it takes time to figure those treat things out…we are sure you will get it all figured out!

The photo through me for a loop at first as the ball looks almost like elephant skin in black and white.
lol
Brody slapping Sammy made me laugh, too, as I am sure it was just cattitude and not dangerous. 🙂 Be well, my dears!
LOL! Yes, Brody gets jealous of Sammy a lot. 🙂 XO
We had a toy something like that too, Brody. We got bored with it so Mom gave it to our cousins:)
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Brody doesn’t like it, but Sammy does. 🙂
That penguin looks like it is about to be slapped off the table! I love the poem. Cute!
He should have tried that. Thank you. 🙂

Brody, maybe instead of slapping Sammy, you take this as a learning opportunity and get some lessons.
Wonderful poem!

I can’t help but picture Sammy and Brody with the penguin. We have similar occurrences going on here in our house lol Recently, it was the fact that Dav girl realized that she could get Pippen cat excited by playing with her peek-a-feather toy.
That is funny. 🙂
