Hi everyone! As many of you noticed, I have a new theme.  Yesterday my blog disappeared and after some troubleshooting I discovered it was the theme I was using. Unfortunately, when you change themes, you lose the sidebar badges, header, etc.  I am not sure why there is an Amazon ad as I am not signed up for that so I am working to remove it.

I am thankful I got the blog running again without having to pay GoDaddy like I did the last two times. Emmy is thankful that she found her purple mouse.

I am such a meanie. When I cleaned last week, I didn’t put her purple mouse back. I put it on the cat tree. And sure enough, within two days, it was back on her chair.  Apparently she keeps inventory.

We are also joining  Sammy’s Poetry Day. Here is my poem to go with this photo prompt provided by Teddy’s Mom.

 

Little siblings can be a pain
enough to drive you insane.
I may give you a push or a shove,
but, you will always have my love.

  2. Are you SURE about that Amazon ad. Because looking at the link, there is an affiliate code in there with your blog name! So you may want to keep it.

  8. OOPS – a disappearing blog – sounds like a mystery that needs to be solved but then you figured out a way around the disappearance by starting over! Sorry you have to rework everything though. You’ll have fun “rebuilding”. I’m glad that your toy hoarder has her purple mouse AND all her other favorites back in her possession now. We also love your poem – we have read some cute ones for the photo theme this week !!!!

    I see this new theme doesn’t have a button to make you get notifications of replies that you make. Can you add that in again, please?!

    And on Firefox, I have been having trouble with a lot of the WordPress blogs, also on safari…now I am in Opera, Hope it works here…

  20. I love the colors of your new blog theme. It reminds me of autumn, and that makes me very happy. And we bet you keep inventory, Emmy! Around here, it’s Tonks who keeps inventory of her toys. If she finds one of her favorites missing, she’ll search until it’s found. And your poem is so sweet! Purrs and well wishes!
