Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.I am thankful for all the wonderful birthday wishes on Tuesday. I am also thankful for birthday cake ice cream. Whoever invented that is a genius. Vanilla ice cream with frosting and sprinkles mixed in- so good!

And here is my poem for Sammy’s Poetry Day based on this photo prompt:

It sure is hot outside.
I put an egg on the sidewalk and it fried.
I will take a giant coke with ice
I don’t care about the price.

  2. A birthday is made complete with cake and ice cream! And we had some of the birthday cake ice cream at work the other day…it was white with blue…and I did not taste any, MOL! (I am traditional and prefer plain flavor, esp vanilla or chocolate.)

  24. The only thing I like about birthdays any more is cake and ice cream! I love the birthday cake ice cream too, but would still rather have my cake separate. LOL
