Hi everyone! This month we actually remembered to join Fozziemum and Bacon for Shopping Around the World. The theme for November is Thanksgiving foods. Several people commented last week when I wrote about spinach dip so I am going to share that recipe.
Ingredients:
1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained $1.00
16 ounce container sour cream $1.99
1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix $1.50
2 cups shredded cheddar $3.00
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bake in an oven safe pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
I use Tostitos scoops, but any chip or cracker of your choice will work.
Brody did well for his first Christmas photo shoot.
Brody!! We admire your patience and we had to giggle a bit too…sorry about that..We don’t think petcretary has any reindeer antlers for us to try on…good thing. You don’t do you meowmy?? Hmmm…she didn’t answer us…
That did sounds yummy! Petcretary thinks she can modify it to conform to our eating style…mostly she needs to change the soup mix…maybe some kind of Mrs Dash would do the trick.
I am glad your Mom can change the recipe to work with paleo. Brody is a good sport.
