Selfie Sunday

Hi everyone! I am in a foul mood and I don’t mean that I want chicken for dinner. Mom is all over that new kitty, Emmy. I just know she is saying how wonderful she is. I am pretty much deaf now so I am not sure what she is saying exactly, but I know it is about perfect Emmy. One good thing about being deaf is not having to listen to Mom’s singing anymore.

I did get to see my Grammie Thursday and Saturday. And she is going to watch us for a while on Monday- yippee! I love her so very much.

That darn Emmy has been eating my catnip Greenies. Just because I was taking a break from that flavor doesn’t mean Mom can feed them to her. Phoooey!! And I thought Brody was a problem.

I know you were hoping to see Emmy in her new hat , but today is my day and if I have to share my Greenies, I am not going to share my day of blogging.

I am going to go pout now, but first I am joining The Cat on my Head’s Sunday Selfie Blog Hop.

  1. Phoebe, making lemonade from lemons! If you cannot hear it, then you can ignore it! But you know that your humans love you to pieces, and that neither Brody nor Emmy nor anybody else is going to diminish their love for you…ever!!!

  2. Honey, we’re so sorry.. it’s hard when mom brings home a new kid. But try to remember Emmy had it rough when she got rescued. Pawhugs.

  3. Phoebe, I don’t blame you for not wanting to share your blog today with Emmy – she got the treats, and that’s enough.

  4. Oh Phoebe…….Emmy is the new kid on the block and needs to have some friends there in her new home – you’ve always been very gracious and you know you will ALWAYS be “THE QUEEN OF THE HO– USE” so give her a break! Sharing isn’t so bad…..you still get those big containers of treats your Grammie brings you – and you get to boss everyone else around!!! Happy Sunday!

Hugs, Teddy and Angel Sammy too

  5. We are always happy to see you, Phoebe! As for Emmy, I bet you two could be great friends. You know, she has long fur, just like your dear Angel Snowball did. Perhaps Emmy could use a grooming buddy like you, Phoebe?

  6. We have a new kitty here too and Cookie is having the same problems you are Phoebe. But we love you all very much!

  8. WE cannot get to your Monday post…so we just wanted to say Hi!
It popped up in our email as new but when we click on it we received a message that it can’t be found.
    Hugs madi your bfff

  9. Phoebe, we’re sorry to hear you’re not in the best of moods today. We’re trying to get back to visiting everyone again. We couldn’t get to your Monday post.

  10. Phoebe at least I got here to tell you that I hope you are enjoying Grammie today. I can’t get to your Monday post either. Don’t worry about that Emmy Cat, your Mom has so much love in her heart… tons of it to go to all of you! You do have your blog and that is pretty cool! I think it is okay to occasionally pout and it’s okay to have a cranky mood too! Scritches and hugs to you, Phoebe!

  11. You had to share your treats?! We don’t blame you for not wanting to share your blog then. We are curious about Emmy though and are going to look through some old blog posts. We are so behind!

  12. Oh Phoebe! It’s so tough when there is a new kid on the block!
But you are such a sweetie that we know you will come around and be a wonderful sisfur to her. She needs not only your Mama’s love but yours too πŸ™‚

  13. Awww, Phoebe. Sorry you feel so bad…but your Mom has oodles and oodles of love, and there is not an iota of less love for you than before Emmy came inside. Love it like that…
Glad you got to see your Grammie and will see her again.
Your selfie(s) are great! You do have pretty eyes, you know.

  14. Hi Phoebe, sorry the original comment seems to have got lost somehow but I’m back to say that you being Numero Uno have nothing to prove to that youngster, and you also have all that love from your Grammie too! You are one special gal and your mom loves you very very much, and it’s just that the Emmy needs a bit more time to get used to thing at your Palace.
    Have great week.
    Purrs, ERin

  15. Oh, sweetie. Sharing is so hard. I don’t like to do it, either. But there is one lovely thing you can share: Your heart. Maybe if you share just a little more every day you’ll fall in love with that new sister! At least, I hope so.
