Phoebe’s Big Dr. Seuss Giveaway

Hi everyone! I would update you on my murmur, but my big-mouth Mom already told you. Now we have to wait until next Friday for the ultrasound- phooey! Mom keeps telling me not to dance on my pole, she is afraid I am going to wear myself out.

Grammie was with us on Monday for a long time and I saw her again on Wednesday. I love her so very much. My lazy Mom didn’t wash out my gumball machine yet so it isn’t filled.

I heard Mom talking about Daryl the feral. I see she got another photo. He looks a little grumpy to me.DSCF0495

As you know Dr. Seuss Day is next week and being that we live only 30 minutes from his birthplace we want to have a big giveaway. There is one grand prize and 5 others will win a bookmark and a paper Cat in the Hat hat.Here is the big prize:

  9. Hi Phoebe! I’ll be anxious to hear about your heart murmur – maybe our murmurs can chat together – I have one too! Poor Daryl – he probably can’t quite figure out what’s going on – being free, getting trapped, going to the vet, being inside instead of out. I have a feeling once he relaxes and realizes he’s SAFE, he’ll become a wonderful friend. My Mom thinks he’s got a SWEET face (even if it’s a bit grumpy right now!). Your giveaway is FABULOUS!

  10. Can you believe I only discovered Dr. Seuss a couple of years ago. Believe it or not, I have never seen his books for sale in Portugal. This is a great giveaway! I love the crocheted had – even though I bet my cat won’t feel the same 🙂

  12. Phoebe, I was so hoping the heart murmur would be nothing. Well, I’ll still hope the ultrasound shows that. I wonder if they told your mom what grade it is. When we first adopted Pierrot, his was a grade 2 but now it’s a grade 3.

    We missed the news about Daryl the feral. Poor guy is probably scared. It’s so nice of your mom to take care of him. We sure hope he starts feeling safer and more comfortable with time.

  15. Even though Daryl is looking grumpy, he does have a lovely face. He is probably confused and scared after being trapped and losing his mancat bits. Hopefully he will get used to being in a nice warm home with plenty of food, and settle in nicely. I am purring for your ultrasound to be good, Phoebe.

  18. I hope the heart murmur is nothing serious. One of my boys has murmur, too. According to the specialist, it’s an innocent murmur, but we keep monitoring. How cool you live so close to birthplace of Dr. Seuss. That’s a pawsome giveaway!
