Hi everyone! I am sure you were expecting to see Penny today, sorry to disappoint you. Penny said I had to do the post today because it is a holiday week and she has seniorority. She went camping. She said only sissies use campers, she is using a tent.

Back to my tip, actually it is more of a mystery. When I watch tv, they make chalk outlines around bodies. Well, look what I found in my driveway.

I don’t think it is chalk though because the rain did not wash it away. I wonder what got murdered?

Any ideas?

    1. Oh, of course! I didn’t think of that. ~shakes head~ For years we had an outline of a classic Gothic shaped coffin on our cement basement floor because I bought a life size cardboard model with a red interior. After I folded into shape its red showed through the slots. So, out came the flat black paint. I should have put down newspaper. Oops. At least it made an interesting conversation piece with any friends or repair technicians who accompanied us downstairs. Heh… I like Penny’s tent, but she shouldn’t be so judgemental. ~snicker~ Be well!

  2. I have an idea what those marks are! I think it might be where the camper van had a spray job. If not you will have to do detective work to find out who was murdered.

    That does not look like a human body outline.
    Maybe it was aliens!!!
    Or maybe some person was doing a naughty thing in the driveway 😉

  5. Uh oh, looks like someone made a mess with spray paint. Mom and dad went tenting this past weekend. They ended up hiking about 15 miles total, and by the time they made the return hike out of the campsite (only available by backpacking it) Sunday morning they’d had their fill of hiking for the time being. Have a great week!

  8. Penny, we have the same tent, only in red and pink!
    Sometimes, Da Boyz have kicked the tent over the side of the table, and it sorta folds in on itself.
    I think we should relocate it; thanks for the idea!

    1. I would go for a camper with a bathroom too 🙂 Yes, I painted the camera out there.

  25. Oh no, Rosie, it looks like someone murdered Joanie’s camper! Or did it pull through and can still bring some summer fun? I wonder how long the evidence will remain out there. I once painted a craft project on my back patio and it took over a year for it to go away. I had used red paint, though, and it looked like a real crime scene. Purrs!

  26. What a cute tent! We have one for our cats and the younger of the two sleeps on top of it…crushing it when she does! 🙂
