Nosey Rosie’s Gabfest

Before Rosie’s post, we want to ask for prayers for Brody’s girlfriend, Precious. She was scheduled for radioactive iodine treatment for her thyroid on Monday. We pray she has a speedy recovery. To visit, click here.

And now- here is Rosie-

Hi everyone. I am exhausted. The kids were here for 7 hours on Monday. I didn’t hide. I even let The Great One pet me. And I purred for her.

I couldn’t get in any naps though. They were so noisy.  A lot of slime was made.

And the doctors were in. They saw all the Christmas stuffies before they returned to the North Pole.

Our Christmas was nice and quiet. Just Dad, Mom, Grammie and all us kitties.

Here is a photo of Rusty checking out all the kitty gifts.

This one was more of a hit with The Boy than any of us kitties.

If you hit the fish, some treats fall out.

I got a present too. We all got something. It was a peaceful day.

Penny will be here with some money saving tips to start the year off with next week.

We are joining Comedy Plus’ Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

  1. Rosie, Ithink secretly you. are beginning to like it when the ‘greats’ come by, even if all the acxgtivity makes you tired.
How sweet that Sant got presents for all of you…though it seems that the f=rolling fish wasn’t a big hit…maybe when they figure it out it might bre more popular. That happens here, too with us pups, petcretary gets us something, and then we don’t like it too much, LOL! But then she gives them to some other pups, like at the recsue groups…sheesh!

  2. Peaceful day??? At YOUR HOUSE???? Are we on the right blog? Well, Rosie to let yourself be petted you must have been exhausted, haha, and couldn’t move, right? WE would pet you gladly.

  3. Rosie, it seems you had a nice Christmas, and I’m glad all the kitties got a present. Purrs for Precious, and I will keep her in my prayers.

  4. I love that all the kitties got a present but I knew they would. I got about 6 presents…and one was my fave treat!

  5. What a delightful Christmas! I think you are becoming accustomed to the children and that’s a good thing.

    We’re all praying for Precious.

  6. Prayers for Precious.

I’m glad you had a great Christmas. That’s always a good thing. Looks like you got lots of wonderful presents too.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches to all the kitties and a big hug to your mom. ♥

  7. Sounds like a pretty successful Christmas holiday, all things considered. But I know what you mean about exhausting. I’m working on catching up with naps too in between some pawsome nature walks.

  10. Very good, Rosie! The Great One knows how to treat cats with kindness. Kids are just noisy, it’s hard to tame all that energy! I am glad to hear you all had a nice quiet Christmas. Hahaha… Rusty thinking what the heck, I am not working for my treats even though it is a cool looking fish. Good that The Boy appreciated it🤭Sounds like it was a wonderful Christmas.

  11. Purrs for Precious. Raven had the same treatment and after a couple weeks of nursing, all was well.
A visit from The Great One is probably easier now that she’s getting older and understands kitties better.

  12. Rosie, we cannot imagine seven hours without a nap. You all sure got a lot of gifts. Hope you are having fun with them. XOCK, angels Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona & Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey, Raleigh, Gibbs & Tali

  13. Chaplin: “We’re a bit late but we will definitely be sending retroactive purrs for Precious!”
    Lulu: “And tail wags!”
Charlee: “Rosie, wow, you didn’t hide? You stayed out?? You purred??? That’s just going to encourage them to pet you some more, you know!”
Java Bean: “Ayyy, if any of those stuffies need further examination before they go back to the North Pole, I would be happy to oblige!”
Oona: “Good job investigating the presents, Rusty. LIKE A NINJA!”
