Kitty-Casso and contest

Happy Saturday, in this house, Saturday is yoga day. Week 3 of yoga and I am almost looking forward to it. I must admit it has helped me weed the garden because I have no pains when I am done. I never thought I would be better at yoga than I am at drawing. I wish my Children’s book illustrating class was going as well. I am like a kindegartener in a college class. The teacher and the one other student are both very nice though so it isn’t a total loss.

Now on to our cat product of the week. This is something I have had for several years and had forgotten about until I started my art class Kitty-Casso, a Paint for Kit for Cats: http://www.amazon.com/Art-Casso-Paint-Kit-for-Cats/dp/B000T5QND4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1405736311&sr=8-1&keywords=kitty+casso . It is a lot of fun and not messy at all. It comes with a clear plastic cover that you put your paper in. Then you add the non-toxic paint ( inlcuded) and close the cover. It also comes with a toy on a stick that you wave around so the cat will jump on the plastic and spread the paint.

Here is Snowball with our kit: 001. I know I had a few of our cats do this years ago, I need to look around to find their masterpieces.

Well, I am off to yoga with the hubby and Grammie will be cat-sitting and spoiling them while we are away. Hope you have a great day and remember to comment to be entered into the contest for the books. If you commented yesterday you are entered already, but feel free to comment again as I love comments 🙂

  1. That sounds like fun ! Angel Loupi loved painting… on the iPad ! We’re a little bit disappointed that it’s not messy at all, though 😉 Purrs

    1. I agree, cats are kind of show offs about that flexibility stuff 🙂

    1. Thanks for stopping by ours too- there is a crochet pattern for a wine cork cat toy on here from a couple weeks ago.

    1. I don’t have an IPAD, I wonder if there is a similar program for androids.

    1. We are planning to sign up again after this class ends- I am glad it helps you too.

  2. Mommy downloaded some program on her iPad that we can use to paint. No mess. No fuss. None of us are much interested in it, though. Good luck in your illustrating class. Have a great weekend. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
