My librarian is a fellow cat lover so she always sets aside cat books for me. She recently set aside two books for me by Georgia Dunn. She draws her own comics based on her three cats.

are such cute books. You know how cats are always snoopervising everything we do. Well, these three cats do the same, but report it as news. I can’t believe I had not heard of this comic strip until recently, it was started in 2010. Here is a link to their website. Click here.

How great to have a cat connection at the library! Our local library saves all their newspapers for PAWS. I take turns with another volunteer picking them up every Friday. All the cages and litter boxes are lined with newspapers at the shelter.

Never really got “into” cat books, but just re-read “Old Possum’s …” after having gone to see the play “CATS” ~ wanted to refresh the memory.
