  1. Here at my house if the Christmas tree isn’t down before Jan. 1 of the next year you’re going to have bad luck by the way that’s what the Irish believe anyhow and I’m part Irish/Scottish/English with Dutch.

  7. Well, we wish you the same and better health for the sweet Emmy. Your tree is lovely and yes, the sixth is a big day in Italy, too, with a witch and coins for the little ones.   44. Our tree comes down on 12th night, when trees are meant to come down. I feel sorry for those who put up their tree at Thanksgiving then take it down Boxing Day. That’s not what you are meant to do.
