4. Fantastic fill-ins! I hadn’t even thought of being outside of the realm of pizza delivery. That really is saddening. But, at least Emmy sat on your lap! Yay, Emmy!

6. We don’t do the Chinese food. We stopped that after talking with our friend, now deceased, that used to be a state health inspector. He was in charge of inspecting meat. Too many shortcuts he said. Have a blessed week.

7. 1. I live on the Mediterranean in a small French village with my two divas (feline of course) and finally have room that is my library.
   2. My 400 year old house has a few aches and pains which are in need of TLC.
   3. The funds to care for the issues in # 2.
   4. Some finger-less gloves that allow me to keep writing! A gift from a friend in London who really knows me.

8. DARN on being out of the delivery area for some yummy stuff like Chinese food and pizza! My Mom says she just might put “long fleece robe” on her Santa Paws Wish List this year………….love your fill-ins today!

10. Oh gosh, I hear you on the delivery of pizza! Sad, sad, sad. We can’t get delivery but we do have very good gas station pizza… cracks me up!!!
    The best part of where I live is that it is in the country and we have horses, donkeys. llamas, chickens and roosters, cows, and pigs all around us.
    The worst part of where I live is that there are no restrictions and you can get a neighbor that spoils living country for everyBODY.
    If I had the stamina that I used to have I would have a nice bay mare in the empty stall.
    My favorite article of cold weather clothing is (are) my BOOTS! I have a few of them and they are all old and broken in.
    Emmy, that has to be a good lap… eben better if the Mom has her fleece robe with the reindeer on it!

       1. It’s a Cenex. It would be wonderful… 🙂 I miss having horses. At least they are all around me and there is a boarding barn two minutes down the road.

15. Great answers! When we lived in Panama, I got a fuzzy warm robe, but it is too toasty to wear.
    Too bad Walmart doesn’t have a fast food delivery service – then, you’d be close enough.

19. Great fill-ins this week! Living in the country would be a dream for some of us, except our Dad who is a city boy through and through. That said, we are just one half mile from getting pizza delivery. A half a mile! You’d think we were asking them to deliver to the Yukon! Grrrr…. Oh well, less money on pizza, more money for cat treats.

21. We enjoyed your fill-ins this week! We live in the delivery boundaries but don’t ever have any foods delivered other than from Chewy. We’d love to have our Grandma from Vegas live with us but our mommy says it’s just fine she lives in Vegas and not here. 🙂

24. I completely understand the pizza delivery dilemma! When we moved from the country to the “burbs” it was so exciting to have pizza delivery, curbside garbage pick-up and a mailbox in front of our house. We don’t have a single Chinese delivery service in our city. That’s a real shame, isn’t it? I could go for some shrimp fried rice about now!

26. Is the Emmy? How wonderful! When I traveled to Ireland while in college, I purchased a brown wool sweater for my father, and now I have it after his passing. It’s too big for me, but it’s what I grab for when the cold wind blows.

    1. We get Dominos pizza sometimes, but we have to pick it up. It is only $7.99 for a large one with 3 toppings.
       I wish you could move away from the crazies too. and nose rubs

35. Love your answers but especially #2 – when we moved to the Scottish highlands we had to get used to not having the range of restaurants that we had in London and also only a couple of places deliver.
