Hi everyone. Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. When I need to make a tough decision, I pray. I also make a list of pros and cons.
2. If I were a dance, I would be a waltz. I chose this because I move slow and I need my partner (hubby).
3. Let go and let God is my current life motto. I know I have no control over anything, and I am trying to accept it.
4. Being married is the best part of being an adult, and not being young anymore is the worst part.

  4. Oh my what a lovely kitty with a Kentucky Derby hat. I grew up in Southern Indiana right across the river from the track. Always saw this Steeples every time we drove to my grandmother’s house.

  5. Ellen, your #2 Fill-In is sweet and touching. Your #1… I think we definitely do the pros and cons without realizing it. Sweetest photo of Emmy♥ Emmy was definitely not a Skunk… but another great book you authored.

    1. When I need to make a tough decision, I grab my rosary at night and I light a candle at church on the island in the afternoon.
    2. If I were a dance, I would be an Elaine from Seinfeld dance.
    3. Hang on to hope is my current life motto.
    4. Being able to cut my bangs as short as I want or leave them long is the best part of being an adult (ha!), and all the decisions that need to be made as an adult is the worst part. So many decisions from frivolous and fun to difficult ones.

  18. Hi Ellen! Angel Emmy looks absolutely stunning in that Derby hat—definitely the star of the show! I loved your answer about the waltz; it’s so sweet that you see it as a partnership with your hubby. For my fill-ins: 1. When I need to make a tough decision, I sleep on it to get some clarity. 2. If I were a dance, I’d be a salsa (full of energy!). 3. “Kindness is free” is my motto. 4. Choosing my own schedule is the best part of being an adult, and managing finances is the worst. Speaking of the Derby and adulting, a friend asked if I knew anything about the platforms mentioned at https://guiadecasinozeusargentina.com/ for some weekend fun, but I’m always hesitant about new sites—do you think staying informed through guides like that is enough to stay safe, or is it better to just stick to the ponies?
