Friendly Fill-Ins Week 298

Hi everyone! Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. If you didn’t do a post for them, you can also answer in the comment section. Thank you to all who participate. Don’t forget to add your link to the hop so everyone can visit you. The link is open until Wednesday night.

1. A week without __________________ would be nice.
2. A week without _________________ would be impossible.
3. I didn’t plan to _________, but I’m glad I did.
4. I once _________ and lived to regret it.
My answers:
1. A week without going to the vet would be nice. And this seems to be the week ( knock on wood, 3 times).
2. A week without my cats would be impossible. I won’t even leave them for a night. Their lives are so short that I want every minute I can with them.
3. I didn’t plan to become a cat lady, but I’m glad I did. I know I told you before, but if you are new to the blog- I didn’t live with a cat until I got married and my hubby had one.
4. I once used Frontline on a cat I adopted from outside and lived to regret it.  All my cats ended up with fleas, it was a nightmare. That is a useless product.
We are also joining Create With Joy’s Friendship Friday and Feline Friday currently hosted by Comedy Plus.

My flashback is from February 2015, Angel Millie was posing with my cat statue. He loved to visit with that.
And the winner of Penny’s giveaway is BellaDharma , but she lives in Canada so she chose Ernie of The Island Cats to have the prize.

  1. Angel Millie looks so cute. I love your fill ins. I didn’t have a cat until I got married either. My hubby had one and I’ve been hooked on cats ever since. Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you. That is funny that we both never had cats until we got married. Have a nice weekend too. XO

    1. I forgot my Fill-Ins!
      1. A week without drippy fog in the morning would be nice.
      2. A week without hearing about the plague would be impossible. Unfortunately.
      3. I didn’t plan to learn to drive a stick shift, but I’m glad I did.
      4. I once had a motorcycle and lived to regret it.

      1. Thank you for these great answers. I never learned to drive a stick shift. I am impressed you had a motorcycle- why did you regret it? XO

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, Ellen. Scritches to all your precious kitties. xoxo ♥

  4. Frontline ceased being effective years ago. I am surprised they haven’t changed their formula, as paying that much money for a useless product is a shame. Great fill-ins.

  5. What an adorable pic of Angel Millie. I’ve had cats most of my life. I agree, their lives are too short. With that said my Angel Amanda lived until she was 19 years old. 😻

  7. I have been a cat lady for decades- sometimes only one cat ( like Lucy who demands that!) and sometimes 4! Always fun- always so rewarding!

  8. Congrats to BellaDharma and Ernie too!

. A week without snow and ice would be nice.
    2. A week without blogging/visiting blogs would be impossible.
    3. I didn’t plan to have a blog, but I’m glad I did.
    4. I once used a chair instead of a ladder and lived to regret it.

  9. We just recovered from fleas that Snoops got off a mouse. My first experience with them after all these years with cats. It was horrible
