2. The most recent purchase I made online was __________________.

3. If I turned invisible for a day, _________.
4.  _________ has gotten me in trouble in the past.
My answers:
1. October is the perfect month for making apple pie, roasting chestnuts and decorating for Halloween.
2. The most recent purchase I made online was Prancie’s Cerenia ( anti- nausea) meds.
3. If I turned invisible for a day, I would rescue as many cats and other animals from labs.
4. Rescuing a cat has gotten me in trouble in the past. But, I will always take the risk of annoying the hubby to save a cat.
We are also joining Create With Joy’s Friendship Friday and Feline Friday currently hosted by Comedy Plus.

  1. God job on fill-ins, and we loved seeing sweet Phoebe. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

    1. The fact is, your husband loves the cats as much as you even if he doesn’t always say it. Thanks for hosting, and for sharing your life and cats with us!

    1. Thank you 🙂 A flapper was from the 1920’s and danced the Charleston. 🙂 XO

  2. Angel Phoebe looks absolutely adorable as a flapper for Halloween. All your kitties look great in their costumes. They are so cooperative – Ted stays still for about five seconds. HAHAHA Great filling in too – bless you for helping so many kitties over the years at the risk of your hubby getting upset. In the end he loves them all too!!

    Hugs, Pam

  3. Meowser Ms. Ellen, my staff is decorating for Halloween, too. You might have guessed that from seeing my new house. I love Ms. Phoebe’s outfit and I miss my dear furiend. It seems like the two of us have lose many dear ones over the past year or two.
Thank you& Ms. Lorianne for hosting this blog hop.

  4. Special “treat” to see Angel Phoebe this morning… see what I did there 🙂 Did you say apple pie? I hope Prancie is doing better.
    My Fill-Ins…
    1. October is the perfect month for starting to look for cooler temps in Florida and walking the beach in the evening.
    2. The most recent purchase I made on line was hypochlorous acid for my eyes.
    3. If I turned invisible for a day, I would get some great pictures of the birds that hang out in the marshy areas of our pond.
    4. My sarcasm has gotten me in trouble in the past.
    Good Morning, Meowing Crew!

    1. Thank you for these great answers. It must be nice walking on the beach. Sorry your last online purchase wasn’t for something fun. I bet there are a lot of great birds in the marsh. And my sarcasm annoys my hubby because I use it mostly on him 🙂 XO

  5. Sorry my first answer posted where it did, i’m not sure how i did that! Kitties Blue, i was not trying to hijack your reply, i promise.

  6. Ellen,

Mmm, yes apple pie making season! I haven’t done this in a long time. I really need to change that but we’re trying to cut back on unwanted sweets and our calories in general, so I might have to wait to do this next month. I can’t imagine you ever getting in trouble for bringing home a stray kitty. ROFL Thanks for hosting the fun. Have a good weekend, my dear!

    1. I have had to fight my hubby for every single cat that came in this house. I hope you have a good weekend too. XO

    1. Thank you 🙂 Phoebe would be so happy with your phooey. COme on over- I bought vanilla ice cream with carmel swirl to go with the pie.

  7. I love all your answers and especially #3. I didn’t even think about that.

Angel Phoebe was a great flapper.

Thank you for co-hosting the Friendly Fill-ins.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug, Ellen. ♥

  8. We all love that Photo of Phoebe and remember it well. Love you dear Angel
Lets see what Dad says for the fill-ins
    1. Hot Apple Cider with a cinnamon stick
    2. The Cat Fence
    3. Don’t really know. No need to be looking anywhere I am not allowed
    4. Not paying attention. I knock a lot of things down and over. In fact much worse than the furs
    Happy Friday Friends

    1. Thank you 🙂 And thank you for these great answers. I love warn cider. I am a klutz too 🙂 Happy Friday.

  9. If we could be invisible, I’d go with you to rescue animals from labs!
Angel Phoebe looked smashing as a flapper. I’m looking for costumes for Da Boyz, but not having much luck (price & quality). Wonder if outfits from Build-A-Bear will do?!?

    1. Thank you 🙂 Yes, they might work, we have a lot of hats from there. Chewy has a lot of good ones too.

  10. You have such a lovely soul. ~hugs~ Love the flapper costume! I’ve warn that sort of outfit for Halloween twice, lastly as the bearded lady in her flapper era from the series “American Horror Story: Freak Show”. ~grin~ Take care, my dear.

    1. Thank you for your kind words. I have never seen that show, but I bet the costume was great. XO

    1. I agree about the pie and the flapper 🙂 Thank you 🙂 I hope you have a nice weekend. XO

  11. Love the flapper look! Your #3 is just purrfect and actually quite brilliant. And I have a feeling hubby is never all that annoyed with you for rescuing another cat 🙂

  12. Great answers! Once I’m settled into my new home, I plan to be back and participating in Friday Fill Ins.
    Have a great weekend!

  13. Such fantastic fill-ins! I also love baking apple pie, as well as pumpkin pie, this time of year. And I’ve been working on decorating my house since the end of September. The inside of my house is pretty much all done, but I still need to work on my outdoor decor. I can’t wait to have that all done as well. And I think turning invisible for a day would be a perfect time to rescue animals that are otherwise not so easy to rescue. I didn’t even think to answer #3 like that, but it’s such a purrfect answer! And Phoebe was such a purrfect flapper!
