Friday Fibs on a Tuesday

Hi everyone. Rosie didn’t have a lot of news this week and technically the first Tuesday of the month is her day off so Friday decided to step in with a fun contest.

She is going to tell you 4 things and you can put in the comments which one or ones you think she is fibbing about. I apologize to Colehaus Cats because they do this sometimes and we are copying (the sincerest form of flattery).

  1. Rusty is so chunky that he sometimes needs help cleaning his butt so Mom calls him Crusty Rusty.
  2. Trouble backed into Dad’s oatmeal the other day so Mom has been calling her Oatmeal *ss.
  3. Mom and The Boy are going to make chocolate frogs today.
  4. Typhoid Mary hates that name so she wants to be called Slime Dancer for now on.

OK, whoever gets the most correct wins a $10 Amazon gift card. If more than one person gets it right then we will draw a name. Winner will be announced on Thursday’s post so you have until Wednesday 9 PM ( EST) to comment with your response.

  6. We’ll not hazard any guesses, but we LOVE “TM’s” choice for her new name – you go girl! And as for the Number 1 on the list: how to handle, as Ms J here sometimes has this same issue, yet I dare not touch her!

  7. Friday, I think the only one that is true is that your Mom is going to be making chocolate frogs today 🐸
    I know that’s backwards or not the right way so… the rest are fibs I think. I have myself confused😄
    I hope Rusty isn’t Crusty!

  8. I remember reading something that pertains to #s 3 & 4, so I think they are true. I can see Rusty is quite a big kitty, so I will guess that #1 is possible. That leaves # 2 as my guess that is a fib.

  13. I can see Crusty Rust and Oatmeal@ss, and I remember when you first approached Typhoid Mary years ago and suggested changing her name, as she was finally old enough to understand it, and she wouldn’t let you change as she thought it was funny.

    As for The Boy making anything in the kitchen but a mess, well, I think he’s going to have to be a bit older before you do that kind of thing with him. He might get some chocolate, but he won’t be helping prepare it.

  24. Hmm…I’m going to say #4 is the only fib.
    LOL your #2 makes me think of when I recently called Mudpie “tuna butt” after she sat in the spilled tuna juice on the floor.
