Caturday Saturday and Pet Photo Fails

Hi everyone. We are joining Athena’s Caturday Art Blog Hop. I used Lunapic’s Edtaonisl effect. The puzzle is below.

We are also joining The Pet Photo Fails Blog hop hosted by Melissa and Mudpie. I ended up cutting off Dusty’s ears in this photo.

Today is U day on The A-Z Blogging Challenge . V is another tough one. My sister’s name was Vanessa. As most of you know, she passed away in 2022 after battling breast cancer for years. This is a photo of her with angel Joanie.

  1. Love your Caturday art, it has a very smooth effect! That is a cute picture of Dusty too. Ellen I am so sorry about the loss of your sister Vanessa. That is a lovely sweet picture of remembrance. Many hugs from us. XO

  2. That’s one of my favorite effects from Lunapic – it really makes a photo look like artwork! Dusty is still adorable without ears. So sad to lose a sister – Vanessa was a pretty lady and I know you miss her every day.

    Hugs, Pam

  3. What a wonderful picture you have of your sweet sister and your angel Joanie. I feel sure that when our family leaves us and our pets they are all joined together in one place waiting for the rest of us.

  4. What a lovely picture of you sister, and Angel Joanie. How nice you could include her in one of your challenges. That is a cool art effect. Happy Saturday!

  5. You know, that picture of Joanie looking up like that to Vanessa is sweet. I would have framed it and put it in the living room on the wall. I mean it. It is a precious dear picture.

  6. Your art is sweet… the two faces♥ Snowball was Phoebe’s little shadow. Love Joanie looking up at your sister… a beautiful V for today. You might have missed Dusty’s ears but you got a tongue stickie outie!

  7. What beautiful artwork to accompany your Angel sister’s image. Thank you for sharing it.

  8. That’s a lovely photo of your sister and Joanie. Cute photo of Dusty and I like the art effect.

  9. Charlee: “Aww, that is a great photo of Angels Vanessa and Joanie! Joanie looks really happy with being cuddled. I bet she gave Vanessa a nice chin bump.”
Chaplin: “Of course, if we were doing this here, our ‘V’ would be for ‘Vizsla’!”

  10. Vanessa looks beautiful with a wonderful smile. The way Joanie is looking up at her in this photo is absolutely adorable, and I think it shows she had a huge heart like her sister. Hugs, my dear.
