Hi everyone. We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays .

  Dusty has been taking very good care of me. Her nurse uniform is a bit small, but she still looks adorable.

She also wanted to show you the hopscotch rug.

And I have a book recommendation for you. I couldn’t get to the library last week so I turned to my Kindle. I just finished Charles Huss’ latest, Last Rites ( Last Healer Mysteries #2). As you know, I am not a big fan of fiction, but I like to support fellow blogger I actually do enjoy his writing, this series in particular. In the first of this series, Katie meets Joe when she accidentally hits him with her car. She is amazed that he survives and heals so quickly. They really hit it off when they investigate a murder together. This book starts as they return from their honeymoon only to have to investigate another murder. It is well written and keeps you guessing until the end. I recommend this for anyone that likes a mystery.  My only complaint would be that there are no cats in it.

Well, mama will take a look as she LOVES mysteries and as for hitting the guy and falling in love you should take a look at Colin from Accounting, about a man who sees a woman crossing in front of him on a street and hits a dog and they get together to find the owner and ….it’s really fun, hilarious. And the dog is an actor, he’s not really hit or anything…I say no more.

  5. Dusty knows how to perform her duties as a nurse. Hopefully this is making things a little easier for you. And I do love a good mystery even if it doesn’t have a cat in it so I think I will have to look this one up thanks.

  21. Dusty makes an absolutely adorable nurse. I pray that you and David are coming out the other side of COVID by now and will not have any lingering long term effects. The hopscotch rug is so cute. I have read one of Chuck’s books…the first one he wrote, which I thought was quite good , so thanks for the recommendation. I too like a good mystery with a cat or two.
