Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
We are thankful that mom bought a new Mrs. Potato Head for The Great One so this Mrs. Potato Head is staying here. She is a lot of fun ( and mom is a little crazy).
And here is our poem for Sammy’s Poetry Day.
Beautiful tulips
red, pink, orange and white too
Spring has now arrived
And here are the Friendly Fill-ins for Friday. Mom came up with the first two and Annie of McGuffy’s Reader came up with the second two.
1. For Easter ( or Passover), I ______________________________.
2. My favorite Easter ( or Passover) treat is_______________________.
3. Lately, the song is stuck in my head.
That is a super photo of some really lovely tulips!
I didn’t take it, Pam provided it for us to make a poem about. XO
Our Mama loves tulips and your poem!
We bet Mrs. Potato Head is happy to be staying! ;p
the critters in the cottage xo
Thank you. Yes, Gremmie is better than a 2 yr old 🙂
Hah! Now Mrs Potato Head has a cohort! Will they visit each other and plan events of potato mischief?? Maybe against Gremmie?? MOL!!!
Those tulips reminded petcretary of the time she got to visit The Keukenhof during tulip season! It was so lovely!
We have a tulip festival here in Michigan, too…but this year its been so cold, who knows if there will be tulips when they have the festival?
Happy Spring!!
Maybe they will trade parts 🙂
That must have been nice to see all those tulips. I did not see these , it was the photo we were given to write a poem. XO
What pretty flowers. Yay for a new potato head 🙂
Thank you 🙂
I love this week’s photo, and your poem too!
Thank you 🙂
This week’s tulips photo is amazing! I’ve seen this in some movies!
This was the photo we were given to write a poem about so I don’t know where it was taken, but it is nice.
Great tulip haiku – they definitely speak of Spring don’t they? They are such happy flowers…..I wish they would stay “open” for longer than they do.
Love, Teddy
They are beautiful. XO and love to you and your mom
Goodness, those flowers are just so pretty. So glad Mrs. Potato Head gets to stay with you. Hope all of you have a really good day.
They are, not sure where that photo was taken.
Cut pic and lovely poem!

Thank you for hosting.
It takes a little ‘crazy’ to stay sane in this world. ~grin~ Be well!
Very true.
One of the most beautiful things about spring is tulips! I’m really looking forward to seeing them soon. And crazy moms are fun. Just ask the cats around here 🙂
I hope we see some soon too 🙂 XO
Yes, Mrs. Potato Head has added a whole new element of funny here… there is already a great sense of funny here but Mrs. Potato Head is FUNNY, especially with Gremmie. Your Mom is the bestest kind of crazy… love her sense of funny!
A lovely haiku… hope Spring sticks around!
Awww..thank you 🙂 XO
I love Gremmie and Mrs. Potato Head and all their crazy antics!

Great poem! Hope you have a great day.
Thank you. We hope you have a great day too.
Hooray for Mrs. Potato Head being a permanent resident! (Hopefully Gremmie leaves her in one piece.) And we love your springtime poem! It brings us hope that we’ll finally get some window whiffies soon. Happy Friday!
More like happy Thursday!
🙂
Thank you 🙂 XO
Looks like a fun day at your house. And do you play with Ms. Potato Head too?
I sure do 🙂
… you know, if these two get together and start plotting, your household better WATCH OUT !!!
Good point 🙂

That’s a wonderful thing to be thankful for.
Spring is another thing to be thankful for. We sure are.
Not doing fill-ins this week. We don’t do holidays so I’ve nothing to say. Also, I’ve never done the A to Z Challenge. Just doing Feline Friday.
Have a purrfect day. ♥
No worries, I hope they will be more appropriate for you next week. XO
Love the haiku; Spring is here!

It looks like Mrs. Potato Head and Grimmie are conspiring together,

It got to 80 degrees here today, but the weather guesser said we could have a wintery mix on Monday morning. That’s just wrong. We love Mrs. Potato Head with her pink purse! XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
The weather is confused. We love Mrs. Potato Head too which is why she is here to stay 🙂 XO
