I am thankful for my not great housekeeping skills. Back in June, I found a piece of potato under the cart in my kitchen, and it had sprouted so I asked my hubby to plant it. From that one piece, we got the harvest above. We dug these up when The Boy was here on Sunday. I didn’t get any photos of that because all our hands were dirty.
