Thankful Thursday

Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Joanie is thankful for all her outfits/costumes which we organized the Marie Kondo way the other day.

We are also celebrating Dr. Seuss Day hosted by Brian’s siblings, Macy and Maxwell.

We are also joining Angel Sammy’s Poetry Day.

This is the photo prompt provided:

For years I have been your loving cat

yet on this nice chair you feed the brat.
Well, I have a piece of advice
feed me here or I quit catching mice.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

  1. A perfect poem, so FUNNY, and we had a little dormouse in our house, eating small bites out of my Sweet Sensation pears (!) but he has moved on to another house, I think. He is a protected species here in France and one cannot eliminate him, which we would not have done anyway. A suggetion onlint was to lace the pears with whiskey, and he would get crocked and be easily picked up and then take his little hungover body to a field, where he might be enrolled in rehab, and we didn’t want t that, so we just let him eat the same pear for a few days and he disappeared! A true gourmet….and so CUTE. Like the one in Alice in Wonderland, I think.

    1. I am surprised that a mouse is protected in France. They are not protected here. He sounds cute. XO

  2. Well now that wardrobe of Joanie’s is EPIC for sure! We also think you did a totally adorable job of creating a poem for Angel Sammy’s Poetry Challenge – that kitty is obviously king of his domain!

    Hugs, Teddy
