Hi everyone! Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. An item discontinued that I want brought back is Lemon Coolers ( the cookies with the powdered sugar on them).
2. I would rescue a cat every day if I could.
3. It’s almost time for picking pussywillows, and I can’t wait.
4. The 1970’s were the good old days.

Dr. Seuss day is next Thursday so my flashback is Angel Emmy dressed as The Cat in the Hat last year.

  6. We have a whole lot of pussywillows growing wild, about 1/2 mile from our home…at a creek area. We don’t have any of our own.
    For me the 70’s were good, too…I finished highschool, went to college and started my first job away from home…till I decided I was homesick, and found a job 2 hours by car away from home instead of 2 hours by airplane!
    But the best memories for me were from about 1958 – 64…seems like forever ago!

    1. An item discontinued that I want brought back is way too many to list here!! I hate it when the stores stop carrying things…then I have to go and try to find them elsewhere,.
    2. I would Mac & Cheese every day if I could.
    3. It’s almost time for Spring, and I can’t wait. Esp after this weeks bad ice storm…
    4. For me the late 50s and the 1960’s were the good old days. And the days of no computers!! Though then we wouldn’t have all the knowledge of the world at our fingertips, let alone alt the friends I have from Blogging!

  9. You’re right about the 70’s. I was going to say that yesterday but didn’t.
    Katie will see if she is of a mind to wear her hat on DR. Seuss Day! I loved the clothes, and the cowboy phase too.

    1. Now that I think of it, I had no cats in the 70’s so they could not have been that great. 🙂 XO

    1. An item discontinued that I want brought back is the TV Guide in its original form and all the good programing before whatever we call TV now.
    2. I would ride horses every day if I could.
    3. It’s almost time for crowds to leave, and I can’t wait.
    4. The Sixties were the good old days.

    Those lemon cookies sound like they’d be yummy. I wonder why they discontinued them?

    I tried to comment on your Thankful Thursday post, but I think that I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t see it come through and on one of the other blogs, my comment came through as “Unknown” rather than having my name. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I’ve got a lot to relearn, apparently. 🙂
