Hi everyone! Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. I had hoped to paint some ceilings in 2021 and publish another children’s book in 2021 but didn’t.
2. A goal I have for 2022 is to get those ceilings painted.
3. I’ll be kissing all my kitties when 2021 ends and praying they will all be here with me at the end of 2022. My hubby and I always kiss at midnight on NYE then kiss the kitties.
I hope 2022 bring good health and happiness to all (humans and furbabies).

    1. I had hoped to see my sister and cousins in person in 2021 but didn’t.

    2.A goal I have for 2022 is to go to see my sister; who knows if the virus will allow it..

    3. I’ll be watching the ball drop, and sitting at my computer when 2021 ends.

    4. I hope 2022 brings health, happiness and peace for all.

  7. We always do #3, except now we go out to the boys graves and wish them Happy New Year and drink a toast to them.

  8. Oh, kissing is one of our FAVORITE things and mama will kiss the top of my head at midnight. Unless I’m under the bed, in which case she might put it off for a few hours….I HOPE. While I snooze, they can booze, haha. Just kidding, they will barely have a little bubbly but that, for sure!

  10. Thanks to you and Lorianne for another year of fun filling in. My Mom and Dad will be having pizza and champagne for New Years Eve. I will be snoring the new year in I’m sure. However we celebrate – let’s hope 2022 is a BETTER year for everyone in EVERY WAY.

  11. Oh Ellen, though lofty, your #4 is shared by many I suspect. That should be everyone’s goal. If mom and dad manage to stay awake by midnight there’ll be kisses all around here, too. Stay safe, warm and healthy, and here’s to a hopeful 2022 to you all! Oh, and dad says if we lived closer he’d be more than happy to help you paint those darn ceilings.

    1) I had hoped to get eyes tested & buy new glasses but did not in 2021.

    1. I had hoped to go back to Missouri for a visit in 2021 but didn’t.

    4. I hope 2022 brings more solutions to dealing with The Plague so we can all live a full life with friends and family.
