  1. Awwww, dad says those photos make him think of his sleek black old buddy Orbit. Love the one of Rosie and the bats. Hmmm, sounds like a band name.

    1. Cute caption. Thank you. I sing that a lot because my great nephew’s name is Ben and we call him Benny. XO

  2. What fun! And I enjoyed seeing the Angels too!
By the way, I wrote in my own blog yesterday (apart from Katie’s) that I finally discovered the spam folder on Blogger. There were just shy of 600…just shy, of comments called spam from Katie’s furriends…some were yours. (Sending you note by the way). Can’t understand that. But I am still approving them all though some go back to 2021. xo

  3. Love the black cats. Did you know there is a Black Cat Day, October 27? And October 29 is National Cat Day.

  4. This image reminds me of a really old TV commercial for Life cereal:
I’m not gonna eat it…let’s get Mikey, he’s eats everything!
That’s what your boys look like…we aren’t gonna eat it…
    Housepanthers ROCK!
Bat are pretty darn cool too.

  5. Are you going to hog that toy all day?

    Love the bats. Great shot.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Ellen. Scritches to all the kitties and a big hug to mom. ♥

  6. Aww, what beautiful photos of gorgeous black kitties, and I love the shot with the bats.

My caption – You better share the toy with me or else!

  7. Chaplin: “Throw me the fishie, I throw you the whip!”
    Oona: “Black cats: Oona approves.”
Charlee: “Highest cat wins, and I don’t think it’s possible to get higher than Rosie in that picture! Unless you’re clinging to the ceiling, in which case you’re probably Spider-Man and not a cat.”

  8. Beautiful black beauties!!!

    Hmmm, something’s fishy around here.

    Woos – Misty and Timber

  9. “Maybe mom will make fish tacos for us for dinner!”

Your black cats are beautiful and I really like bats.

  10. We have our first black cat since Onyx moved in with my daughter. They are beautiful, but hard to photograph.
