Thanksgiving

Hi, I want to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the US and a Happy Thursday to everyone else.

We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am thankful for my family ( 2-legged and 4-legged) as well as all my friends in The Blogosphere and everyone who reads my blog. Reading your comments is something I look forward to daily.

I am also thankful of having the privilege of having known Pete, Dad to all the cats at Timmy Tomcat’s blog. We never met in person, but he was my friend through Cat Scouts and blogging which is why I was devastated to learn of his passing.

He was such a thoughtful, generous man, always helping cats in need.  My heart goes out to his four kitties.

You can read his obituary and leave a tribute-click here.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

1. I find it easy to choose a gift for _________________.
2. I find it difficult to choose a gift for ___________.
3. Now that I’ve _________, I can _________.

4. I’m especially looking forward to _________ this holiday season.

Due to the pandemic, we stayed home; it’s too dangerous here, as the numbers just keep climbing.

I am very sad at Pete’s passing. He was a very good internet friend to me too. Somehow he knew when I was feeling down and would email with encouragement. I wish I could have said goodbye.
I think I am all caught up now and hope Feedly doesn’t do that to me again.
