Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
I am so thankful that The Great One did so well as Annie. And thankful her village was there for her- there were 17 of us. I got in line an hour early to score a good seat and help save seats for our crew. The couple behind us also had 17 coming for their daughter. It seems that everyone in her school has a big village too. Lucky kids.
I am thankful for Friday every day of the week. She is definitely my cat and gives me a lot of up close and purrsonal visits daily.
I skipped the poem again.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

Nice that there was such a good crowd to see Annie and the others.
Friday is a sweetie!
Thank you. She is a sweet girl. XO
What a cute little Friday she is! So good that the school had such a great turnout for the play! XO
Thank you. XO
Oh, Friday we see that you love love love your mommy…and we love YOU.
Thank you. XO
FRIDAY was so lucky he came to live with you … remembering Kiril. And how wonderful the school play had a large turn out for all the kids, well deserved by every one of them: applause, applause!
I miss Kiril and I am sure Friday does too. xO
It’s also very great that your school has enough room to let in so many family members. I do know there have been events I’ve heard of that only the parents and grandparents are allowed and no one else because there’s not enough seating.
Yes, it was a good thing as they sold 300 tickets. XO
That’s great that so many attended the play and showed their support. Aww, sweet Friday is such a beautiful cat.
Thank you. XO
She is indeed lucky. When I was in a play in third grade, only my mother came to see me. (She thought I was perfect!) A village is wonderful!
I am sure you were perfect. Sorry you didn’t have more to see you. XO
Friday is adorable any day. How nice that those kids had such support.
Thank you. XO
The Great One has quite the fan club!

My niece, now with a BA and two MA’s, still volunteers at her high school for plays.
I, for one, was terrified of being onstage, and still am.
Allowing young’uns to try, however, is the key.
How sweet of your niece. XO
How wonderful that so many were there in person to celebrate and support the Great One. Kudos to everyone.
Thank you. XO

Charlee: “Excellent job being your mom’s lap cat, Friday. Around here, Chaplin is Mama’s lap cat, and I’m Dada’s lap cat, even if sometimes other cats interlope on Dada’s lap.”
Chaplin: “Nobody’s interloping. We’re all allowed to be on any lap we want to.”
Charlee: “Not when I’m watching you aren’t!”
You have to share Charlee. 🙂
It’s so good that the Great One had all the family supporting her. Sounds like a fun time. Cute photo of Friday.
