Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
I am thankful that my hubby has a green thumb. Look at this lettuce he grew:
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

Wow that looks like a fantastic bunch of lettuce indeed! Gardening is a great skill to have! XO
Thank you. 🙂 I am lucky he has it because I am not a fan of the outdoors. XO
Oh, what a gorgeous perfect lettuce!! Glad your hubby can produce such yummy produce!
That hard work sure does pay off!
Thank you. 🙂 XO
Wow, that is a huge lettuce! I used to grow lettuce but the slugs and snails had more than we did. I stick to just tomatoes and strawberries now.
Luckily we don’t have many of those around. XO
Homegrown fresh vegetables are the best ever. Wish I could have a garden, but I just be feeding the deer unless I put an 8-ft fence around it.
Thank you. 🙂 We have metal pie pans hanging to scare the deer and something that makes sounds they can hear. XO
Wow! That is a beautiful head of lettuce. Home-grown veggies are the best,
Thank you. 🙂
Beautiful lettuce! Looks like a bridal bouquet!
Thank you. 🙂
Wow! That’s a lot of salad! I bet it tasted good!
Yes, it did. 🙂
OMC that’s amazing. Mom planted lettuce but it was not that large.
Thank you. 🙂 Ours is usually not that big because we grow in containers, but this was a self starter in a pile of mulch. XO
Looks yummy….lucky you!
Thank you. 🙂
YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMY that is a H E A D of Lettuce. I love fresh tossed salads
Hugs Cecilia
Thank you. 🙂 XO
Nice size lettuce! Yum!
Thank you. 🙂
That’s impressive! I have some started from seed but are nowhere near so large and beautiful. Hugs, my dear.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
That is beautiful lettuce! I would eat that lettuce… so much better than the lettuce in the produce section. I don’t like to even buy produce in a grocery store. We love salads but everything spoils so quickly.
Thank you. 🙂 It is hard to find good lettuce or any veggies at the store. XO
I’m glad to catch up with your recent posts and see what all the kitties have to say. The calm before the kids get out of school! aww it will be fine. The lettuce looks so good! Congratulations on a good crop! 🙂
Thank you. 🙂 XO
What talent! My black thumb salutes your sweetheart!
Thank you. 🙂
That lettuce looks so good and we bet it is much tastier and healthier than what you can find in the store. Our canary Dylan would love a leaf to munch on.
