Thankful Thursday

Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.  I am thankful that I got to spend time with my great nieces on Wednesday. It was a sad day though because their beloved dog, Nora went to The Bridge. She was so good with the kids. This is her with one of the girls.

We are also joining Angel Sammy’s Poetry Day.  And here is the photo prompt provided:

It is fun watching the crowd,

even if they are loud.

We are just happy to be here,

to get to welcome another year.

Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

1. The best part of 2023 was __________________________.
2. My focus word for 2024 is _______________________________.
3. A new year is a great time to _________.
4. You don’t have to wait for a new year to _________.
