Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am thankful to be able to wish my mom a Happy Birthday today!! The kitties also want to wish their Grammie a Happy Birthday too!!!

I am also thankful that my hubby and I got to visit with Teddy’s mom and dad. 

Also thankful for the surprise package I got in the mail from Raena’s mom.

We are joining the poetry day named after Teddy’s angel brother Sammy ‘s Poetry Day. Here is the photo prompt provided:

Woke up with 6 kids and a dog

how was I going to write my blog?
Luckily it was a nightmare
and I woke to Sammy Cat in my hair.

    I think its neato that you were able to meet up with Miss Pam and her hubby…we tried to meet up with them last month, but the timing was all wrong…maybe one day…

  7. Love your poem! Yes it would be a nightmare (eeek). My Mom and Dad sure enjoyed their brief visit with Miss Ellen and Mr. David when they were in Maine last week. Highlight of their trip in fact!

    Yes, waking up to suddenly have six kids would be scary, it’s much more fun to have a real life visit with friends. Have a great Thursday!

  9. I LOVE that you got to meet Teddy’s mom. I wish I could do the same! Were you able to spend the day together? Did she meet all the cats at home? Are they going to report on that? OH what a nice thing. There is nothing like meeting a blogging friend.

    1. We met in Maine, I live in Massachusetts about a 3 hr drive. I wish she could have come to meet the kitties- and I wish you could too> XO
