Hi everyone! We are joining, The Cat On My Head’s Sunday Selfie Blog Hop.

Six of our ladycats took their selfies at The Kentucky Derby. Just kidding, of course, we didn’t even get to watch it because there was a storm and our power was out for 8 hours.

First off, Penny (with help from her dad). She is wearing a beautiful, flowered dress and a straw hat with matching red roses.

Rosie is wearing a pink polka dot hat.

 

Friday chose a white hat to coordinate with her fur.

Penelope was not thrilled with this hat. She bit me (gently) to let me know.

Trouble’s big, beautiful eyes call more attention than her hat with the pink flowers.

And last, but not least is Dusty. I don’t think Angel Joanie would mind Dusty wearing her derby hat.

The only girls that refused to wear a hat (or let me touch them) are the ferals, Ethel and Bridget.

 

And Yoda (Rudy) says May the 4th be with you.

  4. The girls look lovely in their hats. Thank goodness the storms here only brought inches of rain and my power stayed on. Not that I watched the Derby because I didn’t. And I don’t watch Star Trek or Star Wars but I must say that Rudy carries off the look quite well. Happy Sunday

  11. Those are truly the sweetest and most beautiful girls with their Derby hats on I have seen…and Mom said she ain’t just whistling Dixie! I seriously LOVE those pictures! They deserve to be all in a row, in frames, on the living room wall…I kid you not. They are adorable!

  22. We had a lot of rain here, too, but thankfully no storms to knock out the power.

    Those were fun and pretty hats!! Yes, Dusty looks good in Joanies hat! And Rudy made a great Yoda!! Dalton is our yoda wanna-be, doesn’t need a costume, just look at his ears, LOL!

    1. Rudy and the girls thank you. Yes, no power for 8 hrs. I guess that wasn’t so bad. One time, in 2011, it was out for a full week. XO
