  2. Crusty, eh? Well, there’s a lotta crust stuffs around here–the Human *STILL* has some Christmas things up! Ha ha ha ha ha! She says she likes them and too bad if it’s almost Valentine’s day! She’s sooooooooo weird sometimes. Sigh. I myself do not mind letting my foods get a little, um, crisp.

  7. Yep – crusty food is no good but if you toss a little water on top and mix it up it’s like BRAND NEW! (at least that’s what my Mom used to do for me!)

    1. Mom adds water when she gives it to me. That is a good idea though to add some to the leftovers 🙂 XO

  36. Crusty?? Taht would be the so called bread that petcretary tried to make by adapting a recipe to her paleo style…OMC!!! She had to toast it, then it sure got crusty all right! Another laof she made was too hard to enjoy…so of course it was crusty right out of the oven. And not anything she could feed birdies or squirrels with…so she fed the crusts to the trash can…MOL! Some day she will get it right…crusty on the outside and yummy on the inside!

    Good thing we don’t have to eat her creations, though when she follows a recipe purrpurrly, its tantalizing, esp the salmon she makes a lot, MMMMM!

  37. I eat my food before it gets crusty too. But if I don’t like it mom refuses to give us new until we’ve eaten the old. She says food costs too much for us to be finicky. We’re not finicky that often!!
