An Odor Free Home is a Happy Home #CLUMPandSEAL

Hi everyone! As you know, I have 13 cats so I am sure you can imagine how difficult it can be to have a fresh smelling home.

I love it when guests enter my home and say they can’t tell that I even have one cat, let alone 13. Unfortunately, no one had said that in a while so I knew it was time for a litter change which is why I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to test out Arm & Hammer’s Clump & Seal.

PetSmart has the entire line of Arm & Hammer’s Clump & Seal products which includes the following:

Lightweight: Same amount of litter at half the weight. Great for those that have to carry their litter up several flights of steps and for anyone that can’t lift a lot.

Naturals: Made of plant based materials, wood fibers, baking soda and minerals.

Clumping: With micro-sealing granules to destroy odors.

Micro-Guard: Their newest product which controls bacteria that causes odors.

100_9605-2  I went with the Clump & Seal for Multi-Cat households. 100_9606-2

100_9620-2  Phoebe was the first to discover the new litter. I won’t show you the rest of this scene, but she did approve and so did everyone else.

and sleeping. And when my cats are happy, I am happy. Plus, I am once again being told by guests that they can’t tell I have any cats because there is no smell.

  1. Awesome I may have to check out the entire line…. My kitty ginger has never been fond of the catbox

    1. Thanks for commenting Lynn. I hope your kitties are doing well despite the litter issue.

  2. We seem t need a change of litter here…cause sometimes Pipois naughty and makes messes…he’s using the box…but not covering the stinks…and sometimes he stands in there and lets t flow..outside the box so the towelthwre start to stink…of course we are not going to make a room sized litterbox, though he would likely love that, MOL!! Glad you enjoyed that litter. I think we just need a different or bigger box here. Minko must find it stinky too, cause he will go to the other box after he first covers up the stink in the box that Pipo just exited, OMC!!

    1. My cat, Angel Stinky never covered either which is how she got her name 🙂 Sometimes my cats go over the edge of the box too. Some kitties are very particular.

  3. This should be interesting. I never knew that Arm and Hammer had a product like this other than their usual baking soda which a lot of people know about. I am definitely trying this one out!

  4. We’ve always used Arm and Hammer litter here but this newer Clump and Seal is one we haven’t tried yet. It’s several dollars more expensive than the regular but I’m told it does a GREAT job with the clumping so we just might give it a whirl!

    Hugs, Sammy

  5. I used regular A & H clumping for years – but switched to another brand because the clumps always fell apart. The new brand tracks 100 times worse … so I’m on the hunt for a better compromise. Sounds like this might be it!

  6. I like the sound of guests saying they can’t smell the litter boxes. I always worry what people might be smelling when they come into my house. This litter sure does sound promising. Thank you for sharing this with us!

  7. That does sound like great litter. We use Blue Buffalo walnut based litter and love it. Our litterbox room smells so fresh. Thank you for telling us about this brand.

  8. I’m wondering if the litter is unscented? The litter I’ve used for years had a big price hike, and I’m considering a change, but I prefer unscented versions.

    1. Scented litter makes me sick (I get sweaty and headaches), this has a slight scent, but did not make me sick.

  9. I remember the cat box and the job of keeping it clean and smelling good. It’s a task that needs attention several times a day.

Have a purrfect day. My best to your peeps. ☺

  10. ODOR!?? What could you be talking about !? Frodo, Zulu and Amarula want you to know that all their poos smell like sunshine and strawberries! hairballsandhissyfits.com

  11. Eu não sabia que você tem 13 gatos, fico contente que você encontrou um produto que ajuda a manter a casa livre de mau odor, isso realmente é importante.

    1. Obrigado, estamos habituados a ter 15, que é como eu vim com o nome para o blog.

  13. I’ve seen this litter and have wondered about it. Thanks for this review. I’d like to get the coupon and try it. You’re right. Kitties playing and napping are important!

  14. It sounds like great stuff, certainly better than what i’ve been using, so i will check it out.

  15. I’ve tried the regular clump and seal and really like it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t get donated to the shelter very often
