Nosey Rosie’s Tips 25

HI everyone! I hope you are not sick of me. Penny told me that torties are the colors of fall and it is officially fall so she is taking the day off.

Have you ever read this book? Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. Let me tell you that Alexander is a big cry baby. His problems are nothing compared to mine.  He couldn’t wear his favorite pj’s and the teacher didn’t like his drawing -wah!wah!

As you know, I am the squeezie queen around here. No one else has caught on that we have them so they were all mine. Well, Sammy won a big prize package at Cat Scouts and there were squeezies in it that I thought would be mine, but mom said to let him try them being that he did win the scavenger hunt.

Well, dang it! He loves them.

Then I got a white gremlin, it is plastic and not soft to cuddle with like Joanie’s gremlin.

Mom said the white ones are rare and I should bee happy.

So I decided to sell mine on ebay, if it is so rare then I will make a lot of money and will buy my own squeezies. I think mom was fibbing because no one has purchased him yet.

  2. Rosie, we are NOT sick of you…and you made us giggle, how could we be sick of having a good time when we come to visit??! LOL!

Your white Gremlin is wet-able, did you know that?? You can give it a nice bath, unlike Joanie’s!
Oh, now the squeezies will be a real thing at your place…maybe Sammie might enjoy the flavors that you don’t prefer? UM…do they come in different flavors?

Penny sure is finding all kinds of excuses to not work…maybe you need to tell her that you, Rosie, are going to take it over from her…and sheesh, you hav e pretty fall colors too, you know?! Hmmm, we hope we are not being trouble makers….

  3. I think people are very careful when it comes to Gremlins, maybe that is why no-one has put in an offer.

  4. Gosh Rosie – I hope somebody sees that rare Gremlin of yours and buys him for BIG BUCKS so you can get a ton of squeezies of your very own. I love them too but Mom RARELY gives me one since I’m on a diet. She says they have a billion calories in them but I think she’s fibbing!

    Hugs, Teddy

  5. You mom wouldn’t lie to you. I love your take on the book.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday, Ellen. Scritches to all the kitties. ♥

  6. Yes, I’ve read that book. It was a favorite with my girls way back when.
I’d never heard of squeezees treat. We don’t have inside cats now, but when we did I’ll bet they would have loved this! 🙂

  7. Rosie, i’m always happy to see you. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, instead of comparing, how about we just each realize life can be hard.

Hope you get some squeezies soon, and your gremlin is cute even if he’s not soft.

  8. Rosie isn’t is awful when family all of a sudden starts liking something that was yours all along, shocking and greedy. I like squeezies Dad brought a new kind and gave everyone some. Now there is a rush and I have to share. No fair at all. Good idea with that gremlin.

  9. I’m a little disappointed that you tried to sell your gremlin. 🙁 People can be so unscrupulous. If you can’t handle the little critter, I’ll pay you in exchange for custody.

    😀

You still deserve Squeezies, by the way, and I never tire of reading your posts. In addition, maybe you can talk someone into sharing the duties Penny shirks.

    ~hugs~
