Hi, I have a lot to report this week.
Sorry about that first photo. I was trying to clean my eye goop. Did I get it all?
Easter was noisy, but I was safe in the bedroom and only saw people when The Boy’s mom changed his diaper.
I could hear a lot though. The egg hunt went well. The Boy found his eggs super fast. Mom made sure his were low and sticking out a bit. The girls had a harder time. especially The Great One because Dad hid her eggs.
The farmer that hays our fields had fertilized recently and Dad got him to leave his tractor so The Boy could check it out. He loves excavators and all things construction. The girls liked it too.
Good Friday was good for me because Mom and Grammie went to their house instead of bringing them here. The girls loved the escape room challenges and this small claw machine was part of the challenge.
Little Lola was inside the machine and they had to earn coins by completing challenges and then use the coins in the machine to try to rescue her.
This week will be quiet until Friday when they will be here for the day.
In other news, Penny managed to scare another vet, but she still examined her. She got another antibiotic and steroid shot. The vet did a smear of one of her lesions and checked it under a microscope. It was inconclusive so she will need a biopsy on May 6th.
We are joining Comedy Plus’ Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
And today is S day for The A-Z Blogging Challenge. As you know, the theme is Halloween.
S is for spiders.
Busy week there, Rosie! Love the pictures of you! That’s funny that Penny scares vets, but we’re sorry to hear about the upcoming biopsy. Nice spiders! XO
Thank you. 🙂 This is her second vet she scared. Glad you like the spiders. XO
Help!! I see a spider!! For reall, even the teeniest ones creep me out. I’ve been scared of them since I was 12, after I found some IN m y bed, twice!
I hope Penny’s biopsy will not show anything horrid…maybe the medicines from the new vet, (She’s a keeper??); will help a lot…at least I hope so.
It sounds like a good Easter was had by all!
I like spiders, but if I ever see one in bed, I may change my mind. 🙂 XO
It sounds like everyone had a good Easter. I am sending good wishes for Penny’s biopsy.
Thank you. 🙂 XO
My gosh, talk about busy! Me, I much prefer how it was here- absolutely quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Dad spent all last week babysitting the big mutt again so me and mom were here by ourselves mostly. Of course, throughout the week dad did stop by briefly to bring mom her Diet Coke fix. We hope things turn out okay with Penny’s biopsy. Paws crossed.
Glad you had it quiet. That was sweet of your dad to bring your mom diet coke. I hope he brought you something too.
Rosie it sounds like Easter weekend was just fun for everybody. Except for Penny. We’ll be waiting to hear about that test result later on.
Penny had fun on Easter. XO
Rosie, what a busy Easter! I’m glad you were safe in the bedroom. Poor Penny, I hope she will be okay. I bet our mobile vet wouldn’t be afraid of her. She has a way of consoling animals.
Thank you. 🙂 I wish we had a mobile vet. XO
Hey Rosie, you look fantastic! You got your eye fixed nicely! And what a week you’ve had…seeking peace and quiet! Tell Penny we are thinking hard about her and hoping for the best. Is it possible for Penny to have some Gabapentin before she goes? Mom can’t fool me with it anymore. She got me once Never again.
Thank you. 🙂 And thank you for thinking of Penny. She does get Gabapentin , but apparently will get more next time. XO
Glad Easter went well for you Rosie as well as everyone else
Thank you. 🙂 XO
We are purring for Penny.
And we don’t like spiders, but Celestial Angel liked ’em as snacks.
Thank you for the purrs. None of us eats spiders. XO
Did your mama build that machine? She is amazing! Love the giant speeeder!
No, she got it online. XO
Sounds like you had a pretty busy Easter, Rosie.
I sure did . 🙂
Chaplin: “Those are some serious spiders all right! I wonder what their webs taste like …”
Charlee: “We send lots of purrs that Penny gets a good result from her biopsy!”
Lulu: “Our Dada used to have a tractor when they lived back East. I bet it was not as big as that farmer’s tractor, though.”
Oona: “Size is not everything.”
I don’t think it would taste good. Thank you for the purrs for Penny. XO
I know you all don’t care for all the noise and people in your home. I’m glad it’s quiet now.
Prayers for Penny’s upcoming vet visit. Fingers crossed.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Lots going on at your place. Thanks for the report.
You’re welcome. 🙂
You’re welcome. 🙂
Kids get excited hunting for Easter eggs. I betcha they’d love it if you joined the fun and maybe one day you’ll venture out of your hiding place to play along. 🙂 Our kids always loved sitting on their papaw’s tractor and when they were real small, they got to ride in the tractor’s trailer around the property. 🙂
Thank you. 🙂 I bet they have great memories. XO
So much fun was had for Easter. Little Lola in the machine waiting to be rescued, The Boy with all the wheelie things he loves… a good time had by all the kids. I haven’t seen the little purple spider for a while. You got rid of the goop, Rosie! I am sorry Penny has to have a biopsy but it will be good to get things ruled out and find out just what is going on. I will keep the prayers coming and fingers crossed for Penny♥
Thank you. 🙂 And thank you for the prayers for Penny. XO
What a great report. Sounds like a nice Easter. I’m sending many prayers for Penny.
