Hi everyone. So today is the day that all 3 kids are coming over. I need to find a good hiding spot. Rumor has it they are having a birthday party for Friday today. Where’s my damn party? I never get one. Oops! Don’t tell Typhoid Mary that I used the D word or she will charge me a dollar. She is getting rich charging everyone for swearing. Mom saw a list of her charges and her dad’s sister owes $10.

Brody’s blood work was good. His potassium is at the low end of normal so he can get a dental. They are booking out a little though so it will be about a month away.

Penelope has been very good at taking her thyroid medicine twice a day. Since starting it, she eats a lot less. She used to have about 5 breakfasts and now it is only 2.

Well, I am off to hide. See you next week.

    Good that Brody can have his dental, now.
    You know, Rosie if you came out of hiding more often, maybe you would get a pawrty too.
    Or at least get them from your Mom and dad!

  4. Rosie, we see you’ve given us good news about brody. Of course he’ll think it’s bad news when he gets to the dentist. And Penelope is doing well also. We wish Friday a happy birthday and when yours comes around I’m sure you will get a party.

  7. Sasha says it’s good to hide when there are visitors. You never know what kind of shenanigans they will get into that might involve a cat! 🙂

    You do best hiding under the bed. Really far under the bed so that the kids can’t get hold of you.

    Also, if you swore it would come out as a meow. I don’t think Typhoid Mary will be able to charge you a toona dollar for that.

    The linen closet it a good place, and so is the guest bedroom, because one can close and lock the door from the inside.

    1. You are wise. Our guest bedroom is currently Grammie’s and when she is home the girls will use it for sleepovers. XO

  22. I know you’d be a big hit with the children, but I understand. Terra disappears when anyone shows up at the house. Polly has stated venturing out while we still have our visitor (Terra’s shaking her head and meowthing the word intruder – lol) while Dandelion adores meeting new people. It’s so fun seeing their different personalities. Be well!

  25. Whew, you sure have a lot to keep track of, Rosie! But you do it so well. Eddy prefers hiding under my bed, though she’s modified that by ripping the fabric off the bottom of the box spring so that she can climb up inside it. Oh, and my angel Rosie loved climbing into the cabinet under the bathroom sink and hiding herself amongst the towels and other stuff under there. Purrs to all of you!
