Hi everyone. Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. The updated cable box doesn’t have as many features as the previous one is a first world problem I have.
2. I’ll never understand why so many people enjoy watching sports. I do attend the kids’ games, but only because I would do anything for them.
3. My sense of humor would be best described as good.
4. I think schools should teach civics and investing.

  2. I liked your answers for the fill ins. Since it’s late I am going to skip them this week and go to bed…I worked this past evening and I am bushed!, and my brain is about to go into tilt mode, LOL!

  5. You are certainly right that in schools children should be taught about money matters. Our cable company has quit having cable boxes. We were forced to buy a smart TV when our old one was working just fine.

  6. Such a sweet picture of Angels Joanie and Phoebe. I agree with #3, and I think schools should teach accounting, investing, and other basics to survive.

  17. Cute picture! I remember getting an updated cable box once and being so annoyed it no longer had a clock on it. I had really come to depend on it. In my economics class in high school we had a stock market game. I never really understood it or thought it was important. Now I’m having to teach myself.

What a sweet flashback! ~hugs~ One major difference between us, I believe, is that my sense of humor is dark. lol Hubbie teases that he married the heart of darkness but his sensibilities are no lighter. I’m glad we found one another as so many couples I’ve met lack that vital connection. Best wishes, my dear!
