Hi everyone. Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. I write with my left hand. My mom does too. And The Boy seems to be leaning that way too.
2. My plans for the month of May include a lot of vet appointments (shh! don’t tell the kitties) and putting the final touches on the book about angel Joanie that I am writing with a lot of input from The Great One.
3. I wonder if anyone else detests sports as much as I do?
4. Getting to spend more time with my great-nieces and nephew is what I like most about the summer.

  2. Wowzers! I, Marvelous, am happy to do the friendly fill-ins!
    1. I write with both of my paws! I am NOT ambidextrous, I touch type!
    2. My plans for the month of May include making the badges for June and catching as many moles, voles and field mice as I can. There are a TON of them running around in the field! Even more than last year!
    3. I wonder if anyone else likes catching rodents as much as I do?
    4. Friendship is what I like most about the Catblogosphere.

    1. I write with my right hand, but if i have to I can also use my left hand. There are a lot of ‘lefties in opur family!.
    2. My plans for the month of May include going back to my work and making my patio pots look nice for the new growing season.
    3. I wonder if anyone else can take over all my chores, LOL!! I wonder ifd most peeps hate housecleaning as much as I do…
    4. All the wonderful blossoming trees and spring flowers is what I like most about the Springtime.

  4. Angel Joanie looks beautiful in her bonnet.
    I was born left handed but made to write with my right hand by my infant schoolteacher. I always do everything else left handed though. Several people I know were forced to change from left to right which I consider was wrong.

    1. Thank you. 🙂 My sister’s father did that to her ( we have different fathers). And a lot of Catholic school kids did too. That is very wrong. XO

  6. I grew up not far from the Kentucky Downs race track and I would say that angel Joanie would have won the Hat contest that all the socialites participate in. Great that you’re writing a book about the sweet girl and good luck with all the doctor visits.

  7. Angel Joanie looks very chic in her hat. I write with my right hand and have no special plans for May. I enjoy some sports in moderation.

  9. Grew up watching men’s professional hockey, football, baseball, and basketball, The Wild World of Sports, etc.
    Nowadays, I couldn’t care less, but I stay a bit engaged since The Hubby is very much a sports nut, except we only have antenna TV.
    He watches, while I have my audiobook running on my earbuds.

    1. My dad was not a sport’s fan. My hubby is a Red Sox fan so I go read in the bedroom with some of the cats. XO

  11. I LOVE Angel Joanie in her hat! She looks beautiful. She should have worn that every day!

    1. wrote with my right hand. My mother forced me from using my left hand for things when I was 3 and up…but I use my dinner knife with my left hand. I can’t make it with my right hand.
    2. MY plans for May are getting more exercise in, and cleaning out my big closet.
    3. I wonder if anyone else likes a mess of fried potatoes and onions as much as I do?

  15. My daughter is a lefty you are all in your right minds.
    I detests that sports of all kinds mess up regular tv programming w/o telling and the programs I dvr are all messed up.
    A new book…yay

    1. I write with my trusty yellow pencil in my right hand.
    2. My plans for the month of May include trying to do nothing for fixing anything in the house and more not doing anything that requires work. I’ll see how that goes.
    3. I wonder if anyone else finds as much joy as I do watching young women and young men aviators fly their planes on their YouTube channels. I love watching General Aviation in real life too.
    4. Our last free month before hurricane concerns is what I like most about May. I live the month of May with no worries.

  21. I am not a huge sports fan, either, although I do appreciate the training, strength and skills it takes to be at the top of any sport.

  24. Angel Joanie is looking pawsitively epic in her hat! Furbulous fill-ins and the P.A. hates watching sports, the only thing she would watch was the ice hockey, anything else, no chance at all! MOL Happy Caturday, and we hope your Sunday is totally terrific too!

  27. We love the picture of sweet Angel Joanie, so sophisticated🩷Great fill ins too. We don’t like sports either and Grandpaw also not, so we don’t get bored on this theme…MOL…Granny is lefthanded, but had to learn with the right hand, and her eldest Grandson, our nephew, is lefthanded too. They’re both outsiders…MOL😹Good Luck with your book, Ellen, we believe that you have a good input from The Great One *crosses paws*. Double Pawkisses for a Happy Day to all of you🐾😽💞

  28. Joanie, sorely missed, sure had style. 😀 Hugs, my dear.

    I followed Cleveland Indians baseball back in the 1990’s because my ‘home team’ was *finally* doing well to the point every game sold out. My employers maintained season tickets and, if going unused, they were offered to me. My kind data entry colleagues would work their tails off to help me leave work early so my husband and I could make the drive north from Dayton, Ohio in time.

    When team owners fired the great Coach Hargrove after a single less successful season I was so incensed that I disavowed my fandom. Even now, my husband’s recently renewed interest hasn’t piqued mine.

    Oh, and I must admit that attending live hockey was fun when the Dayton Bombers existed. Sometimes a game even broke out between the fights. I’m not typically bloodthirsty, but… LOL Thanks for invoking fond memories.
