6. This books sounds too funny! Around here, Eddy keeps me up late, and Thimble gets me up early. Evan is a good sleeper, and so is pup Astrid. I loved learning that Prancie is your main culprit – I never would have guessed!

   1. I can believe Eddy keeps you awake, she never stops moving 🙂

7. This is a perfect gift for a particular friend of mine! We don’t let our kitties into the bedroom at night for this very reason. They used to run on top of our heads and then open the curtains as soon as the sun came up :O

   1. When Prancie is unable to wake us, Phoebe will pull open the shade too 🙂 I can’t sleep with them or without them.

8. The person version is so funny, i’ll bet this one is a scream. Our “get up and play with me” cat is Link, the gray and white.

   1. Link looks a lot like Brody. My niece got the people one for a gift and it is funny.

16. That book sounds great, Ellen! You know, it’s funny, I *can’t* sleep without Lita on my bed. She’s very good, though. She just sleeps right by me and doesn’t bug me at all. Carmine, on the other hand, can be quite pushy when he wants me to pet him and I’m asleep, LOL!

19. LOL, I knew about the child version but not the cat one. Ha ha! I’m reading Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver (who wrote the Poisonwood Bible). I’m enjoying it a lot.

    Mes LOVES to wakes Mommy up at least 3 times a night. After all, she MUST lifts up the covers for mes to snuggle under when mes has used the litter box, and she loves that mes bring litter back to bed with mes…sometimes she “hurrmps” as she brushes the litter off the sheets.

31. I’d love to read it but I’m cutting back on book reviews. Ironically, I had the idea but no illustrator so its Rosa got this project off the ground. I’m surprised a major publisher hasn’t picked it up.

34. Oh MeOW Dat’s a children’s book? What language. We’re glad you enjoyed it. Mommy says fur da furstest time ever, she has a kitty dat seems to wanna play fur a few minutes at bedtime. Fank da cats she settles down after ’bout 15 minutes and settles into mommy’s nightly massage. Big hugs to all.

38. I agree with you that if you can’t sleep, you should be laughing. Luckily, Bentley and Pierre love their sleep. Bentley wakes me up at 7:30 each morning to go outside and get a treat. Then, it’s another hour and he wakes me up for his breakfast. I could set my watch by his routine. LOL!

OH heavens yes, I shampoo Mommy’s hair at any ol’ time that suits me. right AT bedtime…after she falls asleep (though this wakes her up), during the night when I shift positions, toward morning….she wears that concerned do-rag now each and every NIGHT! Spooky, I truly miss you and your visits and snuggling. I think of you specifically each time I visit your home. XXooXX always dearest Angel Spooky. ?

43. Sounds like a fun book. Mom is always complaining about me waking her up. Is it my fault she won’t wake up when I poke her? Are those mysterious scratches on her face from my claws? I think not!! She needs to remember I am in charge around here and not her!!
