Hi everyone! I got to see my Grammie Saturday. She loved the necklace I picked out for her. I love her so very much. dscf2694

I am mad at Mom for making me into a witch on Friday’s blog. I got my revenge, I yacked on her fancy witch hat decoration she had on the coffee table.

dscf2692 Joanie is resting comfortably. She was fine the next day once the drugs were out of her system. She is Mom’s lap cat and sometimes Dad’s too.

Today’s word for the #JHC is forest/plants. All we have is this painting from 2014 when Mom and her niece did a paint and sip class.  admin-ajax-php Mom added a pumpkin and a black cat to her tree painting.

We have a special selfie today too of a snapping turtle. Dad took photos of our pond ( what is left to it) and he saw this guy who wanted to be in a photo.

    Your mum is mighty talented as she does so many crafts!(all very well too )
    Some areas where we live are in a drought.
    We seldom have droughts in Nova Scotia, but weather people say this may be the way things will be going. Something about global warming.

    Mom’s painting is really great, as is that selfie. I’ve never seen a snapping turtle out of the water before. Is it because of the drought?

  18. Visiting Grammie is a great way to spend a Saturday! Do you like getting in the car to travel though??? We don’t mind the carriers, but we don’t like the sound of those tires. Great selfie!

  29. Yacking on stuff is really the best part of being a cat. Once when I was soooooooo close to a good yack, the Human had the NERVE to pick me up from the living room rug (Oh, the OUTRAGE) and place me on the kitchen floor. I’ve never really forgiven her.

    1. That has happened to us a lot too, they always try to move us to the floor instead of the comfy rug.
