Mostly Wordless Wednesday

Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Belgium.

We also want to wish our Jewish friends a Happy Purim which starts tonight.

And finally at 10:22 PM, The Critters in the Cottage got the correct answer. They were all baby toys- that is why my Mom and I were so confused. The dog did enjoy the pacifier though. I will be sending some crocheted toys to the winner- Congratulations!

  1. OMC:(
Belgium…meowmy was in that city a while ago…and in that parking garage even…what a strange feeling that gives her even though it was in 2008 she was there.

Phoebe you are so regal as Esther!

And shucks you did fool us so:) MOL!
Concats to the winner…we figured it out and then, well, we was beaten to it, MOL!!

    1. That is a scary thought to know your Mom had been there even though it was a long time ago. I am glad she wasn’t there when this happened.

  2. We have only just heard the news, and are devastated. We hope all those affected can find comfort and support from the good around them. A Happy Purim for those that celebrate. Miss Phoebe you do look lovely. Purrs ERin

  3. Y’all are so silly – all baby toys!!! Thanks for the challenge! Love to all our love-babies!!, Toby, BobbieSue and Simon

  4. We are so worried about the people of Belgium – what a dreadful thing to happen and we hope the perpetrators get what they deserve which isn’t anything nice!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

  5. We feel awful for the Belgians too……the world is a more scary place now than ever before. Phoebe you look beautiful!!!! We wondered if you were fooling us on the toy test…..oh well…..we have seen some dogs with the pacifier and think it’s totally hilarious!

    Hugs, Sammy

  6. Poor Phoebe looks less than impressed by playing royalty, but looks so regal in her purple cape.
    Happy Purim!

Pee Ess -We too, are purring and purraying for the people of Belgium. It gives our Mommy a big sad.

  7. You make such a lovely queen, Phoebe (even if you do look less than thrilled)! And good job to The Critters in the Cottage. If I had a baby, I’m pretty sure all those toys would end up in the possession of the furry ones. Purrs!

    1. Phoebe thanks you and I would be the same way with a baby, the cats would probably sleep in the crib which wouldn’t be good.

  8. Wow, all baby toys! We were sure the first one was a cat toy – we have toys just like it that we bought at the pet supply store! Happy Purim to those celebrating. We are purring and praying for the people of Belgium.

    1. We live in a very scary world. Shalom to you too my sweet boy. I am glad you like my Queen Esther costume. XO and paw kisses and head rubs too! I hope your Mum is feeling better.

  11. Phoebe, you look like royalty in that beautiful, purple cape! We were truly saddened to hear about the people killed in Belgium. May they rest in peace . May love and peace rule the world despite these cowards and their cowardly ways and hatred.
We are looking forward to playing with your lovely crocheted toys. Thank you! We took a wild guess but all the critters here would enjoy those toys too 🙂

  13. The lady is praying for Belgium and the victims’ families. It’s so sad. On a cheerful note, you are a pretty Esther, Phoebe!

  14. OMC! I would have soooo gotten them if TW had let me visit with anyone at all yesterday. Pffftttt to her. Wait a sec—ALL baby toys? I think someone was pulling your paw. I wonder why on FB everyone changed their avatars for Paris and no one did from Belgium? I tried but got an error message.

BTW, when I find one of the peeps’ toenails on the floor, I eat them.

    1. Yes, they were all baby toys. Ick about the toenails. I will change mine next time I am on Facebook.

  15. I think the best part about Purim is the sweet pastries that can tide you over until the Easter bunny arrives (we celebrate the yummy foods of all religions).

    1. We do too 🙂 I have never mastered the cookies for Purim though and no one around here sells them so we have to do without.

  16. Ok. Mummy has finally figured out how to follow the hyperlink through Google+ to your actual blog. Now We can see what a beautiful Queen Esther you make.
Happy Purim! We hope to see you at our Purim Pawty later today.

    Trixie, Caspurr and Shimshi.

    1. Thank you for visiting us, we are glad you figured out where to find us. Happy Purim! You all looked great in your costumes.
