Hi everyone! Did you miss me last week on my week off?
I was hoping to have a big reveal for the craft/toy room today, but it isn’t quite ready. Mom asked them not to remove the picture hangers and curtain rod because she knew it would take Dad forever to put them back up. Of course, they removed everything so now she has to wait for Dad to get them up. And she returned the pink rug because it was too bright so now she is waiting for a lighter colored one to arrive and the futon. Hopefully I can show you next week.
Good thing Slime Dancer wasn’t here today, or she would have made a fortune with all mom’s swearing. She was assembling a box-spring. They are very different now than they used to be, all metal instead of wood. Dusty, Friday and I were all trying to help and she kept getting mad at us. Their new mattress arrived early a couple weeks ago before she had time to assemble the box-spring so now she finally had a chance to assemble it.
Rudy is getting his echocardiogram today. He needs one before his dental because he has a murmur. He has to be at the vet by 7:25. Better him than me.
I thought I was going to have peace and quiet, but The Boy was here Sunday. I should have some peace now because his preschool starts tomorrow and the girls started last week. Well. that is all for now.
